    Abstract: An electric machine comprises a yoke supporting N toroidal coils and a central rotor comprising a permanent magnet. The yoke has a plurality of stator modules comprising at least one stator core made from a soft ferromagnetic material supporting at least one coil. The stator cores have, at their front ends, complementary coupling surfaces providing magnetic and mechanical continuity. The machine further comprises—a cylindrical outer casing made from a thermally conductive material, —a plurality of continuous and solid longitudinal ribs extending radially and positioned between the cylindrical outer casing and the stator modules, in order to ensure the mechanical positioning of the yoke relative to the outer casing and promote the thermal conduction of heat from the yoke toward the outer casing.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a valve for controlling the circulation of a fluid, having a valve body and a housing containing an electric motor composed of a stator and of a rotor, a needle, a sealing bell and also a fixed screw or a fixed nut. The fixed screw or the fixed nut is secured to the valve body, and the stator is secured to the valve body via the housing. The sealing bell is positioned at the interface between the rotor and the stator in such a way that the screw/nut, the rotor and the needle are within this bell and submerged in the fluid, the stator being isolated from the fluid. Furthermore, the rotor has the function of a nut or of a screw, and has a helical movement imposed by the fixed screw or the fixed nut and drives the needle axially. The motor is a brushless polyphase motor with radial principal magnetic flux.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a motorised air circulation valve including a gear motor, a valve body, and a rotary shaft provided with a shutter. The rotary shaft is rotated by the gear motor, where gear motor includes a set of reduction gears, a brushless electric motor formed by a rotor having N pairs of magnetised poles connected to a pinion of the set of reduction gears, and the pinion drives an output wheel rigidly connected to the rotary shaft. The electric motor includes a stator part having at least two coils, the stator part having two angular sectors, alpha1 and alpha2, of respective radii R1 and R2, with R1 being greater than R2, and the center of the radii and the angular sectors being defined relative to the center of rotation of the rotor. The angular sector alpha1 is defined by the angular deviation between the axes of the first and last coils considered in a circumferential direction of the motor, the angular sector alpha1 is less than 180° and includes the coils, the sector alpha2 is devoid of a fully fitted coil, an end of the gear motor defines a side of the gear motor, and the angular sector alpha2 of the stator part is positioned facing the side.

    Abstract: The disclosure presents a geared motor unit including a housing having an electric motor formed of a coiled stator assembly and of a magnetized rotor, the housing further including a printed circuit board for connecting and controlling the motor, a movement-reducing gear train, a sensor magnet and a magnetosensitive probe. The gear train includes a toothed movement output gear, the sensor magnet being ring-shaped and being rigidly connected to the output gear. An output gear is extended on either side of the sensor magnet by two guides cooperating with the two opposite walls of the housing; a ring-shaped magnet surrounds the axis of rotation of the output gear; a printed circuit board includes a controller controlling the motor and extends up to the vicinity of the output gear.     Abstract: The disclosure relates to a rotor for an electrical machine having internal permanent magnets including a yoke consisting of a stack of sheets defining a plurality of recesses for receiving parallelepipedal permanent magnets, the recesses being surrounded by magnetically saturated external transverse isthmuses, by radial isthmuses, lateral isthmuses and oblique isthmuses, wherein the magnets are assembled in pairs of magnets magnetized in the same direction and perpendicular to the radial direction of the radial isthmuses arranged between the coupled magnets, the radial isthmuses having a thickness of less than 5% of the diameter of the rotor, and the perimeter of the cross section of the rotor is formed by a succession of curved profiles, between two consecutive pairs of magnets, and tangential linear profiles at the external transverse isthmuses. The disclosure also relates to the application of such a rotor for creating a motor, in particular a motor for a turbo compressor, or an electrical generator.
