The width of the heat-generating resistive material layer in at least the part of the heat-generating resistive material layer in the area in which the electrode wiring portions are layered is greater than the width of the electrode wiring portions.

The lead-out electrode includes a first electrode which is electrically connected to a coil conductor and which has an exposed part exposed on an outer surface and a second electrode which has an exposed part exposed on the outer surface to extend an electrode width different from an electrode width of the first electrode and which is formed directly above the first electrode and electrically connected to the first electrode.
