A seat latch structure is provided, which includes a base bracket mounted on a seat for a vehicle and having a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole formed thereon and an opening which is formed on one side thereof and into which a striker fixed to a vehicle body is inserted, a claw having a first through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the first insertion hole and a locking groove formed on one side thereof, a pawl provided on one side of the claw and having a second through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the second insertion hole, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft inserted into the first through-hole of the claw and the second through-hole of the pawl, respectively, and a double torsion spring connecting the first through-hole and the second through-hole into which the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are inserted, respectively. According to the seat latch structure, the noise generated during the operation of the seat latch is reduced and the operating force is increased to improve the merchantability.

A safety apparatus of a seat for a vehicle with a height adjustment device may include a height link that has one end rotatably connected to a seat rail bracket and the other end fixed to a rear hinge pipe, a restriction link that may be disposed at a side of the height link and has one end pivotally coupled to the seat rail bracket, wherein the restriction link may be elastically biased away from the height link, a first anti-rotation mechanism that may be disposed at the height link and the restriction link to restrict rotation of the height link when a front of the height link rotates upward in a front collision, and a second anti-rotation mechanism that may be disposed at the height link and the restriction link to restrict rotation of the height link when a rear of the height link rotates upward in a rear collision.

The present invention relates to an extract of Stewartia koreana and use thereof More particularly, it relates to an extract of Stewartia koreana which is extracted with any one selected from the group consisting of water, a C1-4 low alcohol, a polar solvent, a non-polar solvent and a mixture thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for promoting angiogenesis or tissue regeneration and a cosmetic for improving wrinkles comprising the same as an effective ingredient. The extract of Stewartia koreana promotes migration and multiplication of endothelial cell and shows excellent effect in angiogenesis and wound healing and is useful in treatment or prevention of diseases which requires angiogenesis for healing of wounded and frostbitten region, wound healing after surgical operation, and treatment and prevention of gastric ulcer, ischaemic heart diseases and hair loss. The present invention relates to a ligand to regulate immune response, i.e., PACAP27 which is one of pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptides and Serum amyloid A (SAA), and their novel use in treating or preventing diseases associated with immune response. More specifically, the present invention relates to a complex of PACAP27-FPRL1 having a regulatory effect on immune response, and a use thereof in regulating immune response. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a complex of SAA and FPRL1, and a use thereof in inhibiting synoviocyte hyperplasia and angiogenesis and treating or preventing inflammatory diseases including Rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

A method of fabricating a semiconductor device by using a chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) process includes forming an insulating layer on a semiconductor wafer, etching the insulating layer to form via-holes, and forming a conductive layer on the insulating layer to fill the via-holes. The method further includes performing a first polishing process to etch the conductive layer until an upper surface of the insulating layer is exposed,, performing a second polishing process to etch the insulating layer to a predetermined thickness and performing a third polishing process to remove protrusions of the conductive layer.

A fan provided in the rear space generates a cooling flow that cools components housed in the rear space. A cooling flow path extends from the rear space and into the upper space and lateral side spaces. Flow from the upper space enters the door to cool the door and is exhausted through a lower portion of the door. Flow from the lateral side spaces, which includes an exhaust flow from the cooking cavity, is guided to the lower space and exhausted. In this manner, the cooking apparatus can be completely cooled and cooking odors and heat appropriately exhausted by the cooling fan positioned in the rear space.
