Abstract: To provide a method for producing a polyamide resin film by using a polyamide resin obtained through polymerization of a regenerated monomer used as a recycled material. Provided is a method for producing a polyamide resin film, including: (1) a step of producing a monomer from a raw material (A) for depolymerization, (2) a step of producing a polyamide resin (B) through polymerization using a raw material containing the monomer. (3) a step of refining the polyamide resin (B), and (4) a step of producing an unstretched film using a starting material containing the refined polyamide resin (B), and stretching the unstretched film.

Abstract: Provided is a thermal molding method for producing a thermally molded article having excellent abrasion resistance at its melt-fused part. Polyamide 6 and a copolyester are prepared separately. The copolyester contains terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, and 1,4-butanediol as copolymerization units. The copolyester may further contain ε-caprolactone and/or diethylene glycol as a copolymerization unit. A multifilament yarn in which core-sheath type composite filaments each containing a core component and a sheath component at a ratio of 1 to 4:1 by mass are bundled is produced by a composite melt-spinning method using the polyamide 6 as the core component and the copolyester as the sheath component. Using the multifilament yarn, a product of filaments is produced by weaving, knitting, knitting and braiding, or braiding. The product of filaments is heated to melt the copolyester and fuse the core-sheath type composite filaments to each other while retaining the initial filament form of the polyamide 6, thus thermally molding the product of filaments.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a process for producing a needle-punched nonwoven fabric with which, when finished by embossing, it is possible to obtain a hardly fluffing and distinct rugged pattern.
[Solution] Sheath-core composite fibers are accumulated and a fibrous web is formed. The core component of the sheath-core composite fiber is formed from a copolymer of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid. The sheath component is formed from a copolymer of ethylene glycol, adipic acid, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and diethylene glycol. The sheath-core composite fibers are three dimensionally interlaced with each other by needle-punching the web, to obtain the needle-punched nonwoven fabric. The needle-punched nonwoven fabric is passed through heated embossed roll to provide a rugged pattern on a surface. During the process, the sheath component are softening melted and melt bonded between the sheath-core composite fibers to obtain an embossed nonwoven fabric having a distinct rugged pattern.

Abstract: The present invention provides a polyarylate resin which is excellent in heat-resisting properties, abrasion-resisting properties, solubility properties in non-halogenated organic solvents, a water vapor-barrier property, mechanical properties, liquid sag-resisting properties and deformation-resisting properties (such as adhesive properties). The present invention relates to a polyarylate resin comprising a dihydric phenol residue shown in general formula (1) and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue shown in general formula (2), a film comprising the same and a laminated product thereof: (wherein X represents a liner or branched bivalent hydrocarbon group having 4 to 8 carbon atoms.) (wherein R1 and R2 respectively and independently represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by one or more halogen atoms, or a halogen atom, and p and q respectively and independently represent an integer of 0 to 4.).

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a bismaleimide (D-BMI) modified product in which an amino group of dimer diamine (DDA) is maleimidized, which has the good heat resistance, and has the sufficiently enhanced processability, and a method for producing the same. There are provided: A bismaleimide (D-BMI) modified product in which an amino group of dimer diamine is maleimidized, the bismaleimide modified product having the following characteristics: 1) An acid value of the D-BMI modified product is 2 mg-KOH/g or less. 2) In 1H-NMR, when quantitative comparison is performed using an integrated value (A) of a peak corresponding to a proton of a methylene group directly bound to a nitrogen atom of a maleimide group and an integrated value (B) of a peak corresponding to a vinyl proton of a maleimide group, A/B is 1.25 or more and 2.00 or less. A method for producing D-BMI, the method including the following steps: 1) A step of preparing a crude D-BMI solution having an acid value of more than 2 mg-KOH/g. 2) A step of lowering an acid value of D-BMI to 2 mg-KOH/g or less by reacting an acid component in the solution with a carbodiimide compound. 3) A step of reacting the solution without a catalyst at 110 to 200° C. in a solvent.
