摘要: The invention provides composite cushion materials of high breathability and moisture management, multistep softness, and support and methods of making the composite cushion materials. The first layer of the material comprises a warp-knitted sandwich fabric, the second layer comprises a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the third layer comprises a perforated ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam, and the fourth layer comprises a warp-knitted mesh fabric, wherein the second layer is positioned between the first layer and the third layer, and wherein the third layer is positioned between the second layer and the fourth layer. The composite cushion materials are useful in clothing and equipment for wear in high temperature environments.

摘要: Disclosed is a polypropylene non-woven fabric made of a composite of high-strength fiberglass mesh and polypropylene non-woven fabric where the polypropylene non-woven fabric is ≥2 layers, and between each two layers of polypropylene non-woven fabric is a layer of high-strength fiberglass mesh. The high-strength fiberglass mesh is interwoven with monofilaments including one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate. A method for preparing the composite of high-strength fiberglass mesh and polypropylene non-woven fabric is also disclosed. The composite of high-strength fiberglass mesh and polypropylene non-woven fabric is lighter than similar products of conventional spunbonded non-woven fabrics with a weight of 40 gsm to 110 gsm that is 40% to 80% of the weight of similar products, with a breaking strength 2 times or more of the same products and consistent in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction.

摘要: A thermally bonded filtration media that can be used in high temperature conditions in the absence of any loss of fiber through thermal effects or mechanical impact on the fiber components is disclosed. The filter media can be manufactured and used in a filter unit or structure, can be placed in a stream of removable fluid, and can remove a particulate load from the mobile stream at an increased temperature range. The combination of bi-component fiber, other filter media fiber, and other filtration additives provides an improved filtration media having unique properties in high temperature, high performance applications.

摘要: The current invention relates to a multitubular sheathing for electrodes of industrial batteries, which defines a plurality of longitudinal pockets receiving the terminals of an electrode inside, said sheathing being made of non-woven fabric formed from staple fibers made integral with one another, wherein the surface of said sheathing contacting said terminals exhibits a contact layer of non-woven fabric having at least 10% of fibers in a tangential direction. The invention further relates to a process for making said multitubular sheathing.

摘要: A cleaning pad structure of stitch bonded construction incorporating one or more substrate layers of an absorbent nonwoven material with an optional additional fluid blocking substrate layer of polymer film or other suitable material in juxtaposed relation to the absorbent nonwoven layers. Stitching yarns are introduced in stitching relation through the substrate layers. One face of the pad defines a cleaning surface of raised yarn loops formed by the stitched yarns. The pad further includes an attachment surface facing away from the cleaning surface. The stitches of yarns across the attachment surface define an engagement surface for attachment to cooperating hooking elements across a surface of a mop head to define a hook and loop attachment system.

摘要: The invention provides a flame-retardant and windproof wadding, which is obtained by using a polymer containing an imide ring as a base material and interlacing and compounding it with at least one polyester fiber in a spinning stage; and a preparation method and special equipment thereof. The characteristics and advantages of the present invention are as follows: the flame-retardant and windproof wadding provided by the present invention uses polyimide fiber as the base material and various fibers; through the adjustment of the preparation method and special equipment, the improvement of the windproof, thermal insulation and flame-retardant effect of the wadding is finally realized; and the same time, various fibers in the wadding are highly mixed, forming a homogeneous, moderately cross-linked and fluffy mixed structure, which can greatly reduce the probability of falling off of the layered structure in the traditional process.

摘要: The present disclosure includes a composition and method of making a nonwoven that creates a self-adhesive during lamination that is suitable for use as an impermeable or almost impermeable packaging medium and is 100% biodegradable. Unlike other films that have difficulty in bonding to a substrate that may cause air bubbles and fisheyes, the present method of making a film, and related film composition needs no adhesive to bond to a substrate. In one aspect, PLA mono-component fibers are utilized at a specific blend to achieve impermeability and transparency and/or semi-transparency properties. The manufacture of the same is also disclosed.
