摘要: The biologically active substance is obtained or capable of being obtained by alkaline extraction, using an aqueous solution of at least one base in the presence of at least one reducing agent, of at least one macroscopic edible mushroom reduced to powder, to obtain a mixture having a liquid portion containing the soluble extracted materials and a solid portion formed of insoluble solid particles; filtering the resulting mixture to remove the solid portion and optionally clarifying the liquid portion; neutralising the liquid portion using a cation exchange resin and optionally filtering/clarifying the liquid portion thus neutralised to obtain the biologically active substance in the aqueous phase; and treating the resulting aqueous phase, the treatment being selected from dilution in water, concentration, dehydration and lyophilisation to obtain a biologically active substance which is, respectively, more diluted in water, in an aqueous solution more concentrated, dehydrated in powder form or lyophilised.

A particular advantage of the optical fibre is that it optimizes the emission of a high-power flux associated with fluorescence collection.

摘要: A monomode optical fiber, and a process for manufacturing such a fiber, that comprises a monomode core and at least one cladding encircling the core. The monomode core comprises at least two zones, a first zone with at least one first refractive index and a second zone with at least one second refractive index different from the first refractive index. If the proportion of amorphous phase is greater than 45% and if the degree of wettability is situated in a range between 300 μg/l and 1400 μg/l, then the reactive mixture, formed by the reaction of the at least one aluminosilicate material with an alkaline solution, forms a geopolymer.

摘要: A power switching cell with normally on field-effect transistors comprises a current switch receiving the control input signal over an activation input and a power transistor for switching a high voltage VDD applied to its drain, to its source that is connected to the output port of the cell. The control of the gate of the power transistor whose source is floating, according to the input signal, is provided by a self-biasing circuit connected between its gate and source. The current switch is connected between the self-biasing circuit and a zero or negative reference voltage. The self-biasing circuit comprises a transistor whose source or drain is connected to the gate or source of the power transistor. The gate of this transistor is biased by a resistor connected between its gate and source, and between the current switch and the source. The transistors are HEMT transistors using GaN or AsGa technology.
