    摘要: The biologically active substance is obtained or capable of being obtained by alkaline extraction, using an aqueous solution of at least one base in the presence of at least one reducing agent, of at least one macroscopic edible mushroom reduced to powder, to obtain a mixture having a liquid portion containing the soluble extracted materials and a solid portion formed of insoluble solid particles; filtering the resulting mixture to remove the solid portion and optionally clarifying the liquid portion; neutralising the liquid portion using a cation exchange resin and optionally filtering/clarifying the liquid portion thus neutralised to obtain the biologically active substance in the aqueous phase; and treating the resulting aqueous phase, the treatment being selected from dilution in water, concentration, dehydration and lyophilisation to obtain a biologically active substance which is, respectively, more diluted in water, in an aqueous solution more concentrated, dehydrated in powder form or lyophilised.

    摘要: An optical fibre for an ultrafast laser endoscope including at least the following structures: a hollow core, the periphery of which has an order of symmetry of at least six when considering axes of symmetry passing through the centre of the core and through the centre of convex shapes, seen from the centre of the core, the convex shapes at least partly making up the periphery of the core; an intermediate layer of cellular structure surrounding the core; a light conducting peripheral structure surrounding the intermediate layer of cellular structure; and an outer sheath surrounding the light-conducting peripheral structure. A particular advantage of the optical fibre is that it optimizes the emission of a high-power flux associated with fluorescence collection.

    摘要: A femtosecond laser source includes an injection laser oscillator with an optical fiber doped with a given material, suitable for delivering, via an output optical fiber, a first picosecond pulse, at a first wavelength λ1; a power amplifier with an amplifying optical fiber for producing, from the first pulse, a second pulse at the first wavelength, with an energy that is amplified relative to the first pulse, the amplifying optical fiber being doped with the same material as the optical fiber of the injection oscillator and having a length less than or equal to the distance from the point of soliton compression and greater than the distance from which the amplifying optical fiber operates in non-linear mode; a fiber with a frequency shift suitable for receiving the second pulse and generating, by Raman self-shifting, a fundamental soliton at a second wavelength λ2 that is strictly greater than the first wavelength λ1.
