Monitoring circuitry is provided for monitoring each of the storage elements independently. 摘要： The invention provides advances in the arts with useful and novel methods for assembling multi-layer semiconductor structures having one or more internal conductive layers. The disclosed structures provide advantages in terms of resistance to Single Event Effects (SEE) particularly useful in electronics designed for radiation hardness. Disclosed methods include steps for providing two semiconductor layers, each having a conductive surface, and bonding them together with their conductive surfaces adjoining in order to form an internal conductive layer within a completed multi-layer structure. The conductive surfaces may include metals selected for their superior conductivity, refractory metals, selected primarily for their heat-resistance, or conductive dopants. In alternative embodiments, vertical interconnects are also included.

The radar detection system also includes a visual alert that receives the alert signal from the main console, and a display which provides a visual display of the alert signal, with the visual alert being mounted to a portion of a motorcycle. The radar detection system further includes a wiring harness having a plurality of I/O interfaces, including a first I/O interface that is removably coupled to the single I/O interface of the main console, and a second I/O interface that is removably coupled to the visual alert.

摘要： A method, for use for example in pension scheme defeasance, comprises providing to an entity a financial instrument which undertakes to pay to the entity, at regular points in time within a specified duration, sums according to a schedule of payment amounts associated with the financial instrument, the scheduled payment amounts being arranged to match with the expected cash flow obligations of a pension scheme to its members. At a re-set point in time the schedule of payment amounts is re-set such that the entity will receive an adjusted payment amount calculated to be the aggregate of nominal cash flows to be paid to the pension scheme members adjusted to take into account the actual cumulative mortality experience of the pension scheme prior to the re-set point in time. Calculations for carrying out the method may be made using a data processing system.
