    Abstract: A method for slot offset determination for non-terrestrial networks includes receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and receiving a slot offset for transmission of the PUSCH. An additional slot offset is determined based on a timing advance value. A total slot offset is determined based on the slot offset and the additional slot offset. The PUSCH is transmitted based on the total slot offset and the timing advance value.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for framework of layer 1 signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (L1-SINR) measurement and reporting based on channel measurement and interference measurement. The channel measurement is performed on a first set of reference signal (RS) resources, and the interference measurement is performed on a second set of RS resources. Each of the second set of RS resources is mapped to each of the first set of RS resources. The L1-SINR is determined from a first RS resource of the first set of RS resources and a second RS resource of the send set of RS resources, where the first RS resource is mapped to the second RS resource. A message including the L1-SINR is generated and transmitted to the access node.

    Abstract: Herein described are apparatuses, systems, and methods for measurement and reporting of channel state information within wireless network systems. In embodiments, an apparatus for a user equipment (UE) may include memory to store a rank indicator (RI), a precoding matrix index (PMI), and a channel quality indicator (CQI) of channel state information (CSI) for the UE. The apparatus may further include circuitry to concatenate the RI, the PMI, and the CQI to produce a concatenated CSI element, generate a CSI report that includes the concatenated CSI element, and cause the CSI report to be transmitted to a base station within a single slot.     Abstract: This disclosure proposes to use multiple power control loops in the uplink. Each power control loop may be associated with a respective antenna beam transmitted from an antenna array of the electronic device (e.g. UE) in the uplink. For example, a beam (or uplink signal) may be associated with 1, 2 or even more MIMO layer. Hence, in this latter case, each power control loop may be associated with a respective set of one or more MIMO layers. This concept is application to open-loop, closed-loop power control or both.

    Abstract: Network devices and systems in 5G advance long term evolution (LTE) and new radio (NR) infrastructures utilize beam management operations to ensure communications for channel state information (CSI) reporting by a user equipment (UE). CSI report configuration reporting settings are processed based on a codebook subset restriction to indicate pre-coding matrix indicators (PMIs) that are restricted and non-restricted for PMI reporting associated with a rank indicator (RI). Based on the codebook subset restriction, an advanced CSI codebook or a new radio (NR) codebook is generated to be transmitted on non-restricted beams of the codebook subset restriction.
