Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide an organic electroluminescent device, a manufacturing method thereof and an electronic equipment. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: an anode layer, a hole transport layer, a first light emitting layer, a second light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode layer stacked in sequence; wherein the first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer comprise a same substrate material; the first light emitting layer and/or the second light emitting layer are doped such that a hole mobility of the first light emitting layer is equal to an electron mobility of the second light emitting layer. In the embodiments of the present invention, two light emitting layers with the same substrate material are applied, which can realize a balanced injection for electrons and holes, thereby improving the efficiency and lifetime of the organic electroluminescent device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a mask plate. The OLED display panel includes an emitting layer and a cathode located at a light-exiting side of the emitting layer. The cathode is provided with gaps. Light emitted from the emitting layer may directly transmit through positions corresponding to the gaps, and then the cathode may have a decreased absorption and reflection against light emitted from the emitting layer as comparing with a cathode formed as a whole layer in the related art, thereby improving the light extracting rate of the OLED display panel, weakening the micro-cavity effect and solving the problem that the display color of the OLED display panel changes with different viewing angles.

Abstract: A composition which can be used as an organic water/oxygen barrier material, an OLED display device and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The composition includes: 15-25 wt % of parylene, 15-25 wt % of polyvinyl chloride, 5-15 wt % of acetone, 5-15 wt % of trichloroethylene, 10-20 wt % of polyvinyl acetate, 5-15 wt % of polyvinyl alcohol, 0-5 wt % of SiO2 nanoparticles, and 8-12 wt % of an organic solvent, wherein all weight percent values are based on the total weight of the composition. When a water/oxygen barrier layer fabricated by the composition is disposed between a luminescent layer of OLED and a light extraction layer, water vapor and oxygen gas can be prevented from entering the OLED luminescent layer, thereby prolonging the service life of the OLED luminescent layer.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. The organic light-emitting diode at least comprises a luminescent layer between an anode and a cathode, and the organic light-emitting diode further comprises at least two electron transport layers set between the luminescent layer and the cathode and an N-type doped layer set between every two adjacent electron transport layers. For the organic light-emitting diode of the invention, an electron transport material and an N-type dopant are sequentially evaporated in turn, and the electron injection and transportation capacity is improved by forming an N-type doping-like effect from interface dope effect and the diffusion of an N-type dopant, so that carrier concentration can be balanced, exciton utilization can be improved, and the photoelectric properties of the OLED device can be improved.
