    Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and, subpixels disposed on the base substrate. A first electrode and a second electrode are disposed in each of the subpixels; the first electrode includes first electrode strips; the second electrode includes second electrode strips. A distance between a projection of one second electrode strip and a projection of a first electrode strip adjacent to the second electrode strip in the first direction is S1; a distance between the projection of the second electrode strip and a projection of one first electrode strip adjacent to the second electrode strip in a direction opposite to the first direction is S2; a first domain includes a part in which S1 is greater than S2; and a second domain includes a part in which S1 is less than S2.

    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The manufacturing method of a display substrate includes: providing a substrate; and forming, on the substrate, a first thin film transistor including a first active layer and a second thin film transistor including a second active layer. The second active layer includes a central area and doped regions located at two sides of the central area, respectively. Forming a first thin film transistor including a first active layer and a second thin film transistor including a second active layer on the substrate includes forming the first active layer and the doped regions of the second active layer using a single mask.

    Abstract: A pixel driving circuit, a driving method and a display device are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a driving unit, a capacitor unit, a data write-in unit connected to a corresponding gate line, a corresponding data line and the driving unit, a power source control unit connected to a first light-emitting control end, a power source signal input end and the driving unit, and a first light-emitting control unit connected to a second light-emitting control end, the power source signal input end and the driving unit and configured to, within a predetermined time period of a light-emitting stage, control the power source signal input end to be electrically connected to the driving unit under the control of the second light-emitting control end, stop the operation of the driving unit, and enable the light-emitting unit not to emit light.

    Abstract: Pixel circuit and display substrate and driving methods, and display apparatus are provided. Pixel circuit includes: driving resetting sub-circuit to input voltage at first initial voltage terminal to gate of driving transistor in driving sub-circuit under control of first resetting signal terminal; writing compensation sub-circuit to input data voltage to driving sub-circuit and compensate driving sub-circuit under control of scanning signal terminal in writing compensation phase, and input reference voltage output at data voltage terminal to driving sub-circuit in blanking phase, so driving transistor in On-Bias state; light-emitting resetting sub-circuit to input voltage at first initial voltage terminal to light-emitting device to reset light-emitting device under control of scanning signal terminal; and light-emitting enabling sub-circuit to provide voltage at first power supply voltage terminal to driving sub-circuit and connect driving sub-circuit to light-emitting device under control of enabling signal terminal; and driving sub-circuit to provide driving current to light-emitting device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED light source, a display device and a method for fabricating the same. The OLED light source includes: light emitting units including anodes arranged in an array; metal wires for connecting the anodes, which are disposed between the light emitting units; an photosensitive sensor disposed on the metal wires, the metal wires being as a sense electrode of the photosensitive sensor; a drive electrode provided on the photosensitive sensor; and an opening disposed at a position where the metal wires correspond to the drive electrode, wherein the photosensitive sensor receives an external light signal through the opening.
