    Abstract: Disclosed is a wheel outer rim fillet dressing device, including a rough wheel positioning system, a precision wheel positioning system, a wheel rotating system and a cutter dressing system. After a wheel is roughly positioned, an electric cylinder drives a moving plate to descend to an appropriate position, an adjusting cylinder drives a right sliding table to move right, a left sliding table moves synchronously with right sliding table under the action of a second gear rack, thus the distance between a precision positioning post on left sliding table and a precision positioning post on right sliding table is adjusted, and precision positioning posts contact vertical surface of cap seam allowance of wheel and hold the wheel tightly. The adjusting cylinder is restarted, and outer rim fillets can be dressed when the distance between two dressing cutters is adjusted to an appropriate position and under the cooperation of rotating wheel.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hub paint spraying equipment equipped with a spraying robot having a combined spray gun, comprising a control system, a wheel type recognition system, a brace recognition system, a paint supply device, a quick color changing device, spraying robot, combined spray gun, a cleaning system, a conveying chain and an accessory device. Combined spray gun installed at the end of spraying robot of system is formed by assembling a plurality of spray gun individuals, spraying process and parameter are automatically called by automatic recognition of wheel type recognition system, category of a colored paint is automatically changed, spraying parameter and robot spraying path program are called, and mixed-line intelligent spraying of a hub is realized, so that problems of low utilization rate of equipment due to consumption of a lot of time for replacing colored paint and excessive in-process caused by classification and temporary storage stacking are avoided.

    Abstract: When a wheel clamp is used, width of a wheel is detected first, a first servo motor drives a lead screw to rotate, a supporting block and a lifting plate are automatically adjusted to appropriate heights via a nut, a manipulator puts the wheel onto end face blocks, air-tight devices are pressed down, an oil cylinder drives a chuck so that clamping jaws expand the central hole of the wheel, meanwhile, four air cylinders drive clamping blocks to compact outer side of the wheel, and the wheel is completely positioned; at this moment, a bolt hole of the wheel can be drilled; after machining, second servo motor drives right shaft, right lug plate and a turnover part to rotate certain angles via second decelerator; high pressure oil is introduced into cavities between ipsilateral expansion sleeves and end covers, and left and right shafts are separately locked by ipsilateral expansion sleeves.
