    Abstract: An environment information measuring device (200) transmits to a communication terminal (100) an advertisement including a “no_data” flag indicating that there is no data that should be transmitted, when a transmission condition indicating the necessity of data transmission is not satisfied. When the “no_data” flag is not included in the advertisement transmitted by the environment information measuring device (200), the communication terminal (100) executes a connection action process with the environment information measuring device (200) and accomplishes sending data to and receiving data from the environment information measuring device (200). In contrast, when the “no_data” flag is included in the advertisement transmitted by the environment information measuring device (200), the communication terminal (100) does not execute the connection action process with the environment information measuring device (200).
