    摘要: A fluid injection apparatus for a bearing includes a bearing support surface for supporting the bearing so that a seal space is defined between the support surface and the bearing, a fluid injection passage comprised of an oil tank, a first conduit connecting the oil tank to the seal space, and an injection valve provided in the conduit, a decompression passage comprised of an oil recovery tank, a second conduit connecting the oil recovery tank to the seal space, a vacuum pump connected to the seal space through the oil recovery tank, and a decompression valve provided in the second conduit, and a sequence control unit for evacuating the bearing by closing the injection valve, opening the decompression valve, and turning on the vacuum pump, and then filling the bearing with lubricating oil by turning off the vacuum pump, closing the decompression valve, and opening the injection valve.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device has on each pixel region at a liquid-crystal side of one of a pair substrates, a thin film transistor driven by scanning signals from a gate signal line, a pixel electrode to which video signals from a drain signal line are supplied through the thin film transistor, and a capacity element formed between the pixel electrode and a holding capacity electrode. The capacity element is formed such that a semiconductor layer forming the same layer as a semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor, a first insulation film forming the same layer as a gate insulation film of the thin film transistor, the holding capacity electrode, a second insulation film and a metal layer are sequentially. The semiconductor layers and the metal layer are connected to each other. The metal layer is formed as a reflector which occupies a portion of the pixel region.

    摘要: A multiplexed driving method of an optical switching element employing ferroelectric liquid crystal with a negative dielectric anisotropy including signal electrodes and common signal electrodes arranged in matrix and a ferroelectric liquid crystal layer disposed therebetween so as to constitute pixels at the respective facing portions of the signal electrodes and the common signal electrodes comprising a step of applying a common writing signal voltage to one of the common signal electrode to select pixels to which information be written, simultaneously applying a common status holding AC signal voltage to the other common signal electrodes covering non-selected pixels and simultaneously applying one of two signal pulses with opposite polarities to the signal electrodes, whereby resultant information writing voltages formed in combination of the common writing signal voltage and the signal pulses, which are enough to determine the orientation of the ferroelectric liquid crystal molecules, are applied on the selected pixels and resultant AC status holding voltage formed in combination of the common status holding AC signal voltage and the signal pulses which determine the limited bias voltage for the resultant AC voltage are applied on the non-selected pixels.
