摘要: A fuel injection system is proposed which serves to adapt the fuel-air mixture as precisely as possible to operating conditions of the internal combustion engine. The fuel injection system includes metering valves, each of which is assigned a regulating valve whose movable valve element can be exposed on one side to the fuel pressure downstream of the respective metering valve and on the other side to a control pressure line defined on one end by a control pressure valve of the nozzle/impact plate type and on the other end by a control throttle. The control pressure valve has a permanent magnet and an electromagnet, the magnetic fluxes of which are guided via an armature in such a manner that in at least one air gap the magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnet and of the electromagnet extend in the same direction, while in at least one other air gap the magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnet and of the electromagnet extend in opposite directions. This kind of embodiment requires a substantially smaller triggering power on the part of the electromagnet. By reversing the exciter current of the electromagnet, the control pressure valve is opened widely enough that the control pressure engaging the regulating valves causes the closure of the regulating valves, and the injection of fuel is precluded.

摘要: An arrangement for rapid switching of an electromagnetic load includes a series arrangement of a switching device with the electromagnetic load, a relief diode arranged in parallel with the electromagnetic load, and a capacitor arranged in parallel to the switching means. Another switching device is arranged parallel to the capacitor and controls the operation of the latter, while an additional switching device is arranged in series with the relief diode and controls the operation of such relief diode. An operating arrangement for controlling the various switching devices issues various control signals at least some of which depend on electric signals derived from the switching arrangement. During the operation of the switching arrangement, the operating arrangement selectively makes the various switching devices conductive and non-conductive in a predetermined sequence to enhance the speed of switching of the electromagnetic load between its two end states. The switching arrangement is especially suited for use in the fuel metering in internal combustion engines with the aid of magnetically operated valves.

摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valve is proposed, which serves in particular as a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. The valve includes pole pieces supported in a valve housing, which are joined by a yoke on which a magnetic coil is disposed. Remote from the yoke, the first pole piece has a first pole and the second pole piece has a second pole, the pole pieces are arranged to extend toward one another and define therebetween a gap in which a nonmagnetic stop may be disposed. The pole pieces have a continuously extending, concave surface which confront a ball which serves as both the armature and the movable valve element. The ball is urged toward a valve seat by a guide diaphragm supportedly attached to the housing at its circumference.

摘要: An injection valve for fuel injection devices for internal combustion engines which serves to inject fuel into the intake pipe. The injection valve consists of a valve body with a valve seat cooperating with the sealing part of a valve needle. The valve needle is guided by guide sections in a guide bore of the valve body. The guide section immediately adjoining the sealing part simultaneously serves as a metering section for metering the fuel. For this purpose axially extending surfaces are disposed on the metering section, which form throttling metering openings together with the guide bore. By metering the fuel upstream from the valve seat, impairment of the fuel metering because of deposits formed by reaction of harmful materials from the intake pipe is avoided.

摘要: A pressure control valve with an impact plate which serves as a regulator for a specific drop in pressure. The pressure control valve includes an armature disposed in an electromagnetic field established by an electromagnetic coil and a permanent magnetic field, with the armature being rotatably supported between two respective pole shoes located on each side of the armature. The pole shoes located on one side of the armature, in contrast to the pole shoes located on the other side, have an opposing magnetic polarity induced by the permanent magnet. The pole shoes which are not aligned opposite one another on armature 85, are approached by armature 85 with movement of the impact plate toward a valve seat, and causes an increase in the air gap planes facing the armature, as compared to the other two pole shoes, and thereby establishes a non-linear characteristic for the pressure control valve.
