    摘要: An electromagnetically operated valve which attains an automatic establishment of a reduced flow cross section that is effective after a closing position of the valve. The valve has a magnet armature, longitudinally movable in a valve dome, with a valve tappet for actuation of a seat valve. The seat valve is located in a valve chamber from which pressure fluid conduits, leads to upper and lower face ends of the circumferentially sealed off magnet armature. When the valve is opening from the closing position, an additional force acting in the closing direction upon the magnet armature is generated because of the shaping of the seat valve, and as a result of this additional force the seat valve assumes a partly closed position that is different from its position of repose. The valve is applicable particularly to traction-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.

    摘要: A slip control system for a hydraulic brake system of a vehicle, which comprises a pressure generator having a plunger piston, which plunges into a cylinder filled with brake fluid and is connected to a rack. For the forward drive of the plunger piston, an electric drive motor is provided, which via a gear drive drives a pinion meshing with the rack. For the return drive of the plunger piston, a spiral spring is used that engages on one end with pinion shaft and on the other is supported on the pressure generator housing. The use of the spiral spring makes a short axial structural length of the pressure generator attainable. A grip roller free-wheel clutch is also provided in the drive train between the motor and the rack. The grip roller free-wheel clutch effects an uncoupling of the gear drive and the drive motor when the rack, at the end of the return stroke, strikes a stop of the pressure generator housing. This prevents damage to the gear drive and motor.

    摘要: A method for testing the correct position of a wiper of an electric potentiometer and an electric potentiometer for performing the method are proposed. The electric potentiometer includes a wiper lever with brush wipers, which upon a rotational movement about a pivot shaft brush over two work sections of an electrically conductive layer applied to a carrier plate. One of the work sections communicates on one side with a connection layer and on the other with a grounded connection layer, which the other work section communicates with a pickup connection layer. Respective testing faces are provided in the extension of the permissible movement paths of the brush wipers on the work sections, these testing faces being embodied as electrically non-conductive and in a testing position of the wiper lever being crossed by the wiper lever. In the event of an incorrect position, a portion of the brush wipers in the testing position of the wiper lever is located outside the test faces, and the voltage which can be picked up at the pickup connection layer is then zero.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for reliably switching electromagnetic control units, especially solenoid valves for blocking the idling fuel mixture in carburetor units of internal combustion engines during, for example, motor vehicle coasting. It is proposed to deenergize the solenoid valve at the beginning of the blocking operation for a time period ensuring a reliable valve release, initiating a current flow which preferably allows the solenoid valve to be at the brink of opening, and, at the desired instant of opening applying an overvoltage to the solenoid valve in a standby position, wherein the valve, though it has not as yet opened, requires merely a small additional pulse to open. The apparatus comprises an electrical switch connected in series with the solenoid valve which receives its control signal for deenergizing the solenoid from a timing element, the latter being responsive to engine operation parameters, such as air flow or pressure in the intake manifold, and a storage means for applying an additional or auxiliary pulse for opening the solenoid valve at a given instant and/or in response to operating parameters. Also disclosed is a protection arrangement for the circuitry of the apparatus in the event of a short circuit.

    摘要: The wheels at opposite ends of an axle - and which may be twin or tandem wheels -- each have a pressure switch and a tank circuit associated therewith, rotating with the wheel. The tank circuits includes a normally closed pressure-sensitive switch which, when the pressure in the respective tire drops below a certain value, opens the tank circuit. The coil of the tank circuit is coupled with a transducer coil connected to a blocking oscillator which, upon passage of the tank circuit, provides an output pulse. The frequency or recurrence rate of the output pulses from opposite ends of the wheels at an axle are compared in an integrating comparator and, if the frequencies differ after a predetermined integration time, provide an alarm signal. The integrator or a digital counter which should have a number of count stages, only the last one providing an alarm signal to allow for variation in frequency with normal tire pressure when the vehicle rounds a curve. Tandem or multiple wheels at one end of the axle each can be provided with a tank circuit, offset 90.degree. with respect to each other, however. Use of tandem wheels increases the absolute frequency and does not change the comparison system.
