    摘要： A sintered magnet and a rotating machine equipped therewith are disclosed, which include: crystal grains of a ferromagnetic material consisting mainly of iron, and a fluoride compound or an oxyfluoride compound, containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal element, an alkaline earth metal element, and a rare earth element, the fluoride compound or the oxyfluoride compound being formed inside some of the crystal grains or in a part of a grain boundary part. The oxyfluoride compound or the fluoride compound contains carbon, and a grain boundary width of the ferromagnetic material is smaller than a grain boundary width of the ferromagnetic material in which the fluoride compound or the oxyfluoride compound is formed.

    摘要： A stator coil, being a rectangular coil, is wound on a salient pole, striding across a plurality of slots, while being inserted sequentially through the inlet of a predetermined slot of the stator core. The stator coil comprises two slot inserts and to be inserted into the slot; two coil ends and located outside the end of the slot; and four twist sections arranged between the slot inserts and coil ends, processed by twisting. In the twist sections, twisting is applied to ensure that the surface of the rectangular coil in the second coil end will be opposite to the surface of the rectangular coil in the first coil end. The start of winding of the rectangular coil and the end of winding of the same coil are located on the same surface. Thereby, a rotating electrical machine with the large internal dimensions without increasing the external dimensions can be permitted.

    摘要： A linear shape straight angle line is transformed to form U-shape configuration in advance and by sandwiching a stator tooth portion to adjacent slots linear shape two sides are inserted and using a thin plate rod shape chip between both ends of U-shape side of the above stated coil is connected and then the coil is formed to have one winding close circuit. The plural coils are inserted and as stated in above between the both ends of an anti-U-shape side is connected, and a stator coil for forming a predetermined winding turn number is obtained. When an end face of the anti-U-shape side and the thin plate shape chip are overlapped and connected, a plate thickness of a portion in which they are overlapped is reduced by half respectively, and when they are overlapped, it becomes the plate thickness which corresponds to a plate thickness of the above stated straight angle line coil. A length of a coil end portion can be shortened widely.
