    摘要: A connector which makes it possible to take out a holding member thereof from a housing without breaking the housing. The housing is formed by a main housing and a sub housing connected to the main housing. The main housing is formed with a hole having a contact portion-accommodating portion and a contact-inserting portion. In the sub housing, there is formed a clip-accommodating hole which is opposed to the contact portion-accommodating portion and the contact-inserting portion in the directions of insertion and removal of the contact, when the sub housing is connected to the main housing. The inner diameter of the clip-accommodating hole is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the contact portion-accommodating portion and that of the contact-inserting portion. The clip is accommodated in the clip-accommodating hole.
