摘要： The invention relates to a composition preparation method for preparing a composition of estolides, the method comprising reacting an unsaturated compound of a type such as an acid or ester, with a saturated fatty acid; in the presence of a catalyst of a type such as sulphonic acid, the said method including no vacuum distillation step thereby making it possible to separate the monoestolides from the polyestolides. The invention also relates to a composition of estolides that is obtainable by the method according to the invention and the use thereof in lubricating compositions.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of preparing fatty acid alkyl ester sulfonate using coffee oil. The fatty acid alkyl ester sulfonate prepared using the coffee-derived oil has superior cleaning capacity compared to commercially available alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS). In addition, a detergent composition containing fatty acid alkyl ester sulfonate prepared using coffee-derived oil exhibits cleaning capacity equal to or higher than that of a detergent containing fatty acid alkyl ester sulfonate prepared using palm oil and can be used as an alternative to palm oil.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide oils and fats which include constituent fatty acids containing a large amount of n-decanoic acid, scarcely cause discomfort when ingested, and have excellent cold resistance. The present invention provides oils and fats, in which the content of tridecanoin is 30% by mass or less, the content of medium chain fatty acids contained in the constituent fatty acids is 65 to 95% by mass, and the content of n-decanoic acid contained in the medium chain fatty acids is 50% by mass or more. Furthermore, the present invention provides oils and fats in which the content of unsaturated fatty acids contained in the constituent fatty acids of the oils and fats is 3 to 35% by mass.
