    摘要： The present invention makes possible recording motion pictures accurately starting at a point where a start recording event is received. The recording includes those pictures prior to the start recording event using a picture compressing method that compresses pictures both before and after the starting event, typically using the MPEG2 compression system. To make the above recording method possible, the present invention provides a signal processor and a photographic device that can search a motion vector for changing the object searching range properly, set an compression amount allocation for each picture type, and allow optimized parameters to be set when a start recording event is generated. The pictures processed before the start recording event is generated are stored in a memory buffer and on a recording medium so as to be used for recording or reproduction data entered after the recording starting time.

    摘要： A tableware drying machine, comprising a drying tank accommodated in a drying machine housing and a container frame for receiving a tableware container, the frame being connected with a motor means installed in the drying tank and rotated at high speed, and the container containing tableware such as a spoon which has been washed with hot water, wherein the container frame is rotated at high speed to dry the tableware by means of centrifugal force, and a forced air stream is generated such that the container frame and container rotating at high speed function themselves as a centrifugal fan that takes in air through air intake holes provided in an opening-and-closing lid of the drying tank, directs the air towards the center of the drying tank, and discharges the air through outlet openings provided in the upper periphery of the drying tank to make the air entrain moisture in the tank.

    摘要： An optical disc player for optically recording the video information or audio information onto a recording medium or optically reproducing the recorded information. The disc player includes a search unit for searching an information track having no signals recorded thereon prior to additionally recording an information signal on the unrecorded track. The search unit has a level detection circuit for detecting the energy value of the light reflected by the recording medium or an RF signal detection circuit for detecting the RF signal component. When the reflected light energy exceeds a predetermined value or the RF signal component is not detected, the search unit regards the track as a track having no signals recorded thereon, the search operation for a track having no signals being terminated and information can be recorded of the track having no signals recorded thereon.
