摘要： The present invention relates to goods purchase information processing method and system whereby a goods purchaser can enter goods purchase information into a processing device they own. It allows automatic input of product purchase information into the processing device. Mobile terminals, such as information terminals or mobile telephones (1), which are available to the ordinary consumer, are used. A store sends product purchase information from a settlement device (2, 3) to the mobile terminal (1)—The information is stored in the mobile terminal (1). The user therefore holds electronic data relating to the product purchase information (receipt) in their mobile terminal (1) and when they return home or to the office, the user can automatically enter this information into a processing device (4) such as an accounting system.

摘要： A bar code reader has an arrangement to communicate with a host apparatus. The bar code reader includes a read unit that reads a bar code attached to an article, and outputs bar code information corresponding to the read bar code; a term information acquisition unit that acquires term information included in the bar code information; and a term expiration check unit that checks whether the term of the article has expired based on the term information. 摘要： In a bar-code reader, a reading unit reads characters from a bar code, based on parameters. A storing unit stores a plurality of signal-waveform information corresponding to a plurality of character patterns. A selecting unit makes an operator select a correct-reading character from among a plurality of the characters, if there is an occurrence of a wrong reading. A comparing unit compares a pattern corresponding to the correct-reading character selected and a pattern acquired from a plurality of signal-waveform information while changing the parameters one by one. Based on a comparison result, a parameter-setting unit sets in the reading unit, the parameters for which the occurrence of the wrong reading is least.

摘要： A laser beam scanning system includes a laser for emitting a laser beam modulated with image information to be recorded and a deflecting device, such as polygon mirror, for deflecting the laser beam over a predetermined angle repetitively, so that the laser beam is scanned on a scanning surface, thereby an image is formed on the scanning surface. When a plurality of laser beams are used at the same time, the plurality of laser beams are arranged in an array inclined with respect to the scanning direction. In this case, a sync sensor generates a sync signal in response to a laser beam received in the first place. When a polygon mirror is so structured to have a reflecting surface which is defined by a curved surface having a predetermined radius of curvature, a f.theta. lens may be discarded. In this case, when a transparent layer is formed on this curved reflecting surface, no distortion in scanning speed is produced even without using any electrical correction. Besides, it is also preferable to control the intensity of laser beam so as to maintain the image density of a resultant image at constant.
