    摘要: An alkali-free glass composition for a photoetching mask is described, which comprises, all by mol, 55 to 65% SiO.sub.2, 7 to 11% Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, 1 to 11% PbO, 7 to 20% CaO, 3 to 13% MgO, 3 to 13% ZnO, 0 to 3% ZrO.sub.2, 0 to 3% F.sub.2, 0 to 5% As.sub.2 O.sub.3, and 0 to 5% Sb.sub.2 O.sub.3. This glass is free from defects such as pinholes, has a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion and contains no air bubbles, and a photoetching mask composed of the glass composition.

    摘要: A use condition of gas equipment is monitored. An abnormality determination unit 26 determines whether or not a use flow volume obtained by detecting a flow velocity obtained by measuring a signal transfer time in a medium using a flow velocity detection unit 17 and converting the detected flow velocity into a flow volume using a flow volume calculation unit 25. When the shutoff unit 27 shuts off a fluid path 1 when it is determined that there is abnormality, a return signal is output from a return unit 28 to a shutoff unit 27 in order to use the gas again by opening the fluid path. Simultaneously, when a return time-counting unit 29 starts the time-counting operation, and then, a predetermined time period has been elapsed, the flow volume calculation unit 25 determines whether or not a predetermined flow volume of greater flows in order to identify whether or not all of the gas plugs of the gas equipment connected to the downstream of the gas shutoff apparatus 27 are closed. The leakage determination unit 30 determines that there is leakage when a predetermined flow volume or greater is detected, and a driving signal is output to the shutoff unit 27 to close the fluid path 1.

    摘要: A process for producing a novel cross-linked resin which comprises: reacting a bis(2-oxazoline) compound with a reactive compound which has at least one active hydrogen in the molecule, the reactive compound being at least one selected from the group consisting of a sulfonamide, an acid imide, an aromatic hydroxy-carboxylic acid and a bisphenol sulfone compound, in a molar ratio of the reactive compound to the bis(2-oxazoline) compound of not more than about 2, at an elevated temperature. About 5 to about 95 mole % of the reactive compound is replaceable by a dicarboxylic acid.The cross-linked resin may be usable for the production of machinery parts such as rolls and gears and embedded moldings of electrical machinery and apparatus parts as well as for electric insulating materials and dental uses. The cross-linked resin may further find applications in, for example, adhesives and various coating compositions.

    摘要: A new cross-linked polyester amide having structure in which the ester amide chain of the formula below: ##STR1## (wherein R and R' each are a bivalent hydrocarbon radical; n is a positive integer) as obtained by the reaction of a bis(2-oxazoline) compound and a dicarboxylic acid is contained in the polymer chain and at least 5% of its --NH-- group is cross-linked with a 2-oxazoline ring by ring-opening addition reaction.The cross-linked polyesteramide is tough and excels in abrasion resistance and solvent resistance and can be utilized in the molding of machinery parts such as rolls and gears and embedded molding of electrical machinery and apparatus parts as well as for electric insulating materials and materials for dental uses.The resin composition comprising the said cross-linked polyesteramide and about 3 to 95 weight % of reinforcements and/or fillers can provide the molding material having excellent mechanical properties, especially outstanding toughness, that cannot possibly be expected with conventional fiber-reinforced plastics and also exhibiting superior characteristics such as thermal properties.The resin composition can be utilized not only in the application fields for conventional fiber-reinforced plastics but also in the new application areas where conventional fiber-reinforced plastics have failed to achieve application development.
