    摘要: A data communication system which operates by the use of a main channel, and also a protection channel to back up the main channel using a channel switching circuit connected between a receiver and a transmitter. A receiver side channel switch includes a delay function for delaying the main channel data. A transmitter side channel switch includes a delay function for delaying the protection channel data when switching channels when a transmission fault occurs. The thus delayed data is effective for preventing a stoppage of data flow even in the event of a sudden transmission fault.

    摘要: A digital data radio transmission system for reproducing pre-velocity-modulation input frame data from the radio frame data subjected to velocity modulation and pulse insertion. The system includes a write counter that divides write clock pulses under control of frame position pulses to output write pulses; an elastic memory that temporarily stores the input frame data and the frame position pulses as per the write pulses; and a timing pulse generator that outputs control pulses in response to the supply of read clock pulses under control of the frame position pulses from the elastic memory. The system further comprises a read counter that divides the write clock pulses by the same number as with the division by the write counter to output read pulses; and a pulse inserting section that inserts pulses into the output frame data read from the elastic memory as per the read pulses to generate the radio frame data. Because the control operations involved are performed in accordance with the frame position pulses, the input frame data matches the radio frame data in terms of frame phase.

    摘要: A spin coating apparatus having a rotatable supporting disk for supporting a non-circular substrate thereon and an annular member having an inward overhanging inner wall, being coaxially fixed to the peripheral portion of the disk so as to surround the substrate. The height of the annular member is selected so that the top surface of the substrate is recessed from the top end portion of the annular member by a predetermined depth. The apparatus is suitable for coating a liquid photoresist film over a non-circular substrate, and providing the film with an acceptable uniform thickness over the entire film in spite of turbulent air flow which is caused adjacent to the substrate by the side walls of the non-circular substrate.

    摘要: A method for collecting a liquid surface residual film floating on the surface of the liquid after transfer, and a transfer tank that includes a film holding mechanism, provided at inner sides of both right and left side walls, for holding both sides of the transfer film and conveying the transfer film to an immersion area. When a film that is no longer needed after the transfer is collected, dividing means divides the liquid surface residual film so as to split the liquid surface residual film in a longitudinal direction of the transfer tank before the object is removed from the transfer liquid, and the divided films are moved closer to the both side walls of the transfer tank. At the side wall portions, the film holding mechanism is canceled, and from this canceled portion, the divided liquid surface residual films are discharged out of the tank.

    摘要: A small steam generator uses a cylindrical steam generation vessel having a steam generation portion formed to store an amount of water for generating steam and a steam passage portion formed on the upper end of the steam generation portion for spouting steam generated in the steam generation portion. A heater element is disposed within the steam generation vessel, and an induction heating coil is wound around the periphery of the steam generation vessel for energizing the heater element. The heater element is energized by supply of electric power to the heating coil so that steam generated by boiling of the water in the steam generation portion spouts upward from the steam passage. In the steam generator, a steam discharge duct is mounted on the upper end of the steam passage for receiving the steam spouting upward from the steam passage and to discharge it in a lateral direction such that drops of hot water adhered to a ceiling surface of the discharge duct fall and re-circulate back into the steam generation part.
