    Abstract: A network slice instance processing method and apparatus, and a system, the method including receiving, by a first network device, a first message sent by a second network device, where the first message requests that the first network device modify a first network slice subnet instance (NSSI) managed by the first network device, and where the first NSSI is shared by a plurality of network slice instances (NSIs) managed by different network devices, determining, by the first network device, whether the first NSSI is allowed to be modified, and performing, by the first network device, subsequent processing according to a determination of whether the first NSSI is allowed to be modified.

    Abstract: A data routing method and apparatus resolve a problem that data packet forwarding efficiency is greatly reduced because a service function instance sequence needs to be retrieved for each data packet according to a 5-tuple of a data flow to which the data packet belongs. The data routing method includes: receiving, by a traffic classifier, a data packet, where the data packet belongs to a first data flow; allocating, by the traffic classifier, a first data route identifier to the first data flow, where the first data route identifier is used to identify a service function chain of the first data flow and is used to identify the first data flow; adding, by the traffic classifier, the first data route identifier to the data packet; and sending, by the traffic classifier, the data packet to a service function forwarding device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an event reporting method and an apparatus.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for obtaining user equipment UE information, including: obtaining identification information of UE on an access network; sending request information to a mobility management entity, where the request information includes the identification information of the UE on the access network, so as to request the mobility management entity to return the UE information according to the identification information of the UE on the access network; and obtaining the UE information returned by the mobility management entity. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure further disclose an apparatus for obtaining user equipment UE information. According to the present disclosure, UE information of one or some user equipments may be obtained, so that a core network can accordingly control user equipment, thereby improving system processing efficiency.

When configuring a policy for a data packet including a first identifier, a network-side device requests the storage apparatus for data flow characteristic information corresponding to the first identifier. A policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) receives a data packet that is sent by a user equipment (UE), matches the data packet against the data flow characteristic information, and when the data packet matches the data flow characteristic information, executes a policy on the data packet according to policy information corresponding to the first identifier.

The method includes: a first network device receives first information, and learns that a first terminal device is handed over to a target access network device. The first network device sends second information to a second network device, and the second network device determines, based on the second information, whether to reselect a target user plane function device for the first terminal device; and/or the first network device sends third information to a third network device, and the third network device determines, based on the third information, whether to reselect a target application server for the first terminal device. If the target user plane function device and/or the target application server need/needs to be reselected, a user plane function device and/or an application server need/needs to be handed over in a timely manner.
