    Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: determining, a first signal to be sent on a first uplink carrier; determining a second signal to be sent on a second uplink carrier, where the first uplink carrier corresponds to a first radio access technology, and the second uplink carrier corresponds to a second radio access technology; and when a first transmission timing corresponding to the first signal is different from a second transmission timing corresponding to the second signal, and if the first signal and the second signal overlap in time domain, sending, a third signal, where the third signal is the second signal, or is the second signal or a part of the first signal, where the part of the first signal is carried on a symbol that does not overlap with a symbol corresponding the second signal.

    Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus for transmitting initial access configuration information. The method includes: a first terminal device receiving first information that is sent by a network device and that includes initial access configuration information corresponding to a second terminal device. The first terminal device may obtain second information, required by the first terminal device, based on a relationship such as a difference relationship between the second information required by the first terminal device and the first information. The second information includes initial access configuration information corresponding to the first terminal device.

    Abstract: A random access method and apparatus, the method includes: receiving, by a first node, first information sent by a second node, where the first information is used to determine a first transmit power, and the first transmit power is a power used when the first node sends downlink information to the second node over a first link; and the first link is a link between the first node and the second node, and the first node is an upper-level device of the second node; and determining, by the first node, the first transmit power based on the first information. Therefore, the first node determines the first transmit power based on the first information, and uses the first transmit power when sending the downlink information to the second node over the first link, so that interference between signals received by the second node can be reduced.

One example method includes determining a first resource and a second resource, where the first resource is used to send a SRS, the first resource is determined based on a first frequency domain resource and at least one symbol of a first subframe, the second resource is used to send a PUSCH or a PUCCH, the second resource is determined based on a second frequency domain resource and a second subframe, all or a part of the first frequency domain resource is not in the second frequency domain resource, the first subframe is the first subframe in two consecutive subframes, and the second subframe is the second subframe in the two consecutive subframes, and determining, in at least one of the first subframe or the second subframe, a guard period for retuning.
