    Abstract: A sensing device is provided. The sensing device includes a substrate, a first electrode, a sensing element and a second electrode. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate. The sensing element is disposed on the first electrode. The sensing element is electrically connected to the first electrode. The sensing element includes a plurality of sensing units that are separate from each other. The second electrode is disposed on the sensing element and is electrically connected to the plurality of sensing units. In addition, at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode includes a hollow area, and the hollow area overlaps with a pitch between the plurality of sensing units. A method for manufacturing a sensing device is also provided.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a sensing device is provided. The method includes: providing a substrate; forming a circuit element on the substrate; forming a sensing element on the substrate; forming a planarization layer on the sensing element and the circuit element; forming a first opening in the planarization layer, wherein the first opening overlaps with the circuit element; and forming a second opening in the planarization layer, wherein the second opening overlaps with the sensing element. In addition, the first opening and the second opening are formed by different processes. A sensing device and an electronic device are also provided.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, and a semiconductor layer, and a gate line disposed over the first substrate. The gate line overlaps the semiconductor layer.     Abstract: A display panel that includes a first light-shielding layer, a semiconductor layer, an insulating layer, and a gate line are successively on a substrate is provided. A contact hole passes through the insulating layer to expose the semiconductor layer. A metal layer is on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer through the contact hole. The first light-shielding layer includes an overlapping region that overlaps with the metal layer and has a first width in a first direction. A minimum distance in the first direction between the edge of the metal layer adjacent to the gate line and the bottom of the contact hole is defined as a second width. The first direction is substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the gate line, and a ratio of the first width to the second width is in a range between 0.2 and 0.8.
