Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for calibrating an infrared thermometer, which can obtain a sensitivity of a radiation sensor of an infrared thermometer and a reference resistance of an ambient-temperature sensor of the infrared thermometer. The method of the present invention uses an infrared thermometer to detect two test objects respectively placed in two environments having different ambient temperatures to obtain output signals of the radiation sensor and resistances of the ambient-temperature sensor from the two test objects. Then, the method of the present invention uses the output signals of the radiation sensor and the resistances of the ambient-temperature sensor to work out the sensitivity of the radiation sensor and the reference resistance of the ambient-temperature sensor.
Abstract:
A system and method of dynamic routing is provided. When a connection cannot be built, execute the follows. (a) A sending-host transports messages to destination-host. If connection built, the method ends, otherwise go to step (b). (b) Find a series of routers, and put IP-addresses of routers into a list. (c) Judge whether list includes at least one IP-address; if yes, go to step (d), otherwise step (i). (d) A pointer points to the last. (e) Find a domain of IP-address pointed. (f) If a message-routing-in-charge host is found, go to step (g), otherwise step (h). (g) The sending-host transports messages to message-routing-in-charge host, and go to step (a). (h) If IP-address pointed is the first one, go to step (i), otherwise step (j). (i) The sending-host keeps messages for a period, and go to step (a). (j) Move pointer to point to the previous, and go to step (e).
Abstract:
A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fiber includes a filament obtained by partially slitting an oriented PTFE film in a lengthwise direction of the film. Emboss processing is conducted linearly along the lengthwise direction of the film and like a zigzag shape or a convexo-concave shape in a width direction of the film, followed by slitting, whereby the filament includes a network structure in which single fibrils that are opened partially are arranged regularly. A PTFE short fiber is obtained by cutting the above filament and includes a branch structure. Thereby, a PTFE fiber with a small average fineness of single fibrils, a uniform fineness and a single-peak distribution with the peak at a center of fineness and with a high production yield and uniform and stable branch structure can be provided and a method for manufacturing the PTFE fiber can be provided.
Abstract:
The present invention of a manufacturing process of a Teflon dual-direction extending film filtration nonwoven, a dual-direction extending film is film-splitted to become a flock or lint structure, place the processed dual-direction extending film which is in flock or lint structure on the non-processed dual-direction extending film, go through carding process,, after multi-laying, send it to needle-punching machine to needle punch it into a nonwoven of strong structure, then laminate with a layer of Teflon film and process adhere-combining by thermo-heating to become a filtration nonwoven finished product, its manufacturing process is simple and fast.
Abstract:
A pepper mill includes a housing holding a driving mechanism and an output shaft, a top cover shell covered on the housing and defining with the housing a peppercorn chamber, the top cover shell having a peppercorn inlet through which peppercorns are inserted into the peppercorn chamber for further grinding, a threaded top neck, and a transparent swivel frame adapted to close/open the peppercorn inlet, a grinding mechanism provided in the top cover shell and driven by the output shaft to grind peppercorns into powder, a screw cap threaded onto the threaded top neck of the housing for output of ground pepper powder, and a protective cap adapted to close the screw cap.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a multi-purpose CD container and in particular to one including a base having two threaded holes, a plurality of supporting screws joined together to form two supporting rods engaged with the two threaded holes of said base, a lower protection member formed with two tubular members fitted over the two supporting rods, a plurality of frames formed with two tubular members aligned with the tubular members of said lower protection member and fitted over the two supporting rods, an upper protection member formed with two tubular members aligned with the tubular members of said frames and fitted over the two supporting rod, and two bolts inserted into the two tubular members of the upper protection member to engaged with the two supporting rods, whereby the CD container can be adjusted in capacity and used as a lamp for giving light.
Abstract:
The PTFE real twist yarn of the present invention is a PTFE real twist yarn obtained by twisting a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) multi-filament slit yarn. The yarn has a circular cross-section with a circularity in the range of 10/8 to 10/10, where the circularity is expressed by the ratio between the major axis width and the minor axis width, the average fineness of filaments is in the range of 1.5 to 200 dtex, a fineness D is in the range of 50 to 6000 dtex, and a twist coefficient K expressed by Formula (1) is in the range of 10000 to 35000: twist coefficient K=number of twists T×(the fineness D of the PTFE real twist yarn)1/2 (1) where the number of twists T denotes the number of twists per meter and the fineness D is a total fineness.
