    摘要: An optical glass is provided that includes a refractive index (nd) of no less than 1.75 and an Abbe number (vd) of no less than 10 as optical constants. A Bi2O3 content is no less than 10% by weight to no more than 80% by weight. The content of SiO2 is lower than the content of B2O3. The total content of SiO2+B2O3 is from no less than 1% by weight to no more than 60% by weight. The content of RO is from no less than 0.1% by weight to no more than 50% by weight. R represents one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Zn, Ba, Sr, Ca, and Mg. The optical glass has at least one of the properties of being substantially free from opacification and/or being substantially devitrified within the glass body under the conditions of a reheating testing.

    摘要: The present invention provides a power switch series circuit and its control method. The power switch series circuit includes a plurality of series modules, a control module and a drive module. At least one series module has a power switch and a detection module, and the detection module includes a detection unit and an isolation unit, so as to detect the overvoltage and output a voltage detection signal based on the detected voltage. The control module receives the voltage detection signal and outputs the corresponding control signal. The drive module amplifies the control signal to drive each power switch to turn ON or turn OFF. The control module outputs the corresponding control signal to turn off each power switch when the overvoltage happens.

Further, the glass contains 5 to 35% La2O3 and 1 to 40% ZnO and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 700° C. or below. The optical glass is excellent in meltability, stability and devitrification resistance and has a high refractive index, high light-dispersive power and excellent precision press moldability.

The digital PLL may include a scaling circuit, such as a frequency divider in the feedback path of the PLL, to generate the higher frequency output signal from the lower frequency reference input signal. The digital PLL may also use an on-chip free run ring oscillator as the clock for the digital PLL engine.
