    摘要: The invention provides a method for wireless communication. The method comprises the following steps: a wireless transceiver obtains user information from a SIM card, wherein the user needs to connect with a mobile communication network; the wireless transceiver establishes communication link with local terminal equipment to receive and transmit data of the user, and establishes a wireless communication link with the mobile communication network to receive and transmit data of the user; and the wireless transceiver receives data transmitted from the local terminal equipment, forwards the data to the mobile communication network, receives the data which is transmitted by the mobile communication network to the user, and forwards the data to the local terminal equipment. The invention further provides a wireless transceiver. By providing a unified bottom communication platform for the user, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention solve the problem that the user should change terminal equipment when communicating with different communication systems.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the microelectronics field, and particularly, to a resistive switching memory and a method for manufacturing the same. The memory may comprise a lower electrode, a resistive switching layer, and an upper electrode. The resistive switching layer may have carbon nano-tubes embedded therein. Growth of a conductive filament in the resistive switching layer can be facilitated and controlled under an externally applied bias by a local electric field enhancement effect of the carbon nano-tubes, so as to improve performances and stability of the device. The resistive switching memory according to the present disclosure can have a good resistive switching capability. Further, the operating voltage and the resistance value of the device can be well controlled by controlling the length and position of the carbon nano-tubes in the resistive switching layer.

    摘要: A method to prepare multi-phobic effects nanosized-structure film and its application are described, which features nanosized silica, titanium oxide and zinc oxide compounded materials of previous size 3-100 nm are in-situ combined with substrate through fluorocarbon surfactants and perfluoro alkyl filming substance under specific conditions to form a nanosized-structure film. The reaction between fluorocarbon surfactants and hydroxyl groups on surfaces of nanosized particles renders the modified nanosized particle and nanosized film having extremely high chemical stability, resistance, and the capacity to repel and disperse water, oil, bacteria, organic dust, gas, electricity, magnetism and light (i.e., multi-phobic effects). This technology may be widely used in surface modification of fabric, chemical fiber, cotton, wool, glass product, brick-stone concrete and wood wall.
