Abstract:
In an olefin series flooring material according to the present invention, a printed layer 4 containing synthetic resin is laminated on a lower surface of a surface resin layer 2 containing olefin series resin, and a base material layer 3 containing olefin series resin is integrally laminated on a lower surface of the printed layer 4 via an adhesive layer 5. The adhesive layer 5 contains carboxylic acid denaturation propylene-1-butene copolymer resin and carboxylic acid denaturation propylene-ethylene-1-butene copolymer resin, and a mass ratio of the carboxylic acid denaturation propylene-1-butene copolymer resin/the carboxylic acid denaturation propylene-ethylene-1-butene copolymer resin falls within the range of 55/45 to 95/5. According to this olefin series flooring material, sufficient adhesive strength for the printed layer can be obtained.
Abstract:
An information recording and/or reproducing apparatus has an auto gain controller for controlling the amplitude level of a reproduction signal read out from a recording medium to a predetermined level. The auto gain controller has a variable gain amplifier for amplifying the reproduction signal, a converter for converting the output of the variable gain amplifier into a DC voltage, and a comparator for comparing the output from the converter with a predetermined reference value and sending the result of the comparison to the variable gain amplifier. The controller also includes a fixing device for fixing the gain of the variable gain amplifier, and a focusing offset for applying an adjuster offset to a focusing servo loop when the gain is fixed by the fixing device, and introducing the output of the converter thereinto while varying the amount of the applied offset, thereby effecting the adjustment of the focusing offset.
Abstract:
As a method for producing a tile carpet having a a lining layer, there is provided a means for obtaining a tile carpet superior in the uniformity of thickness and adhesion of the lining layer and also superior in all of standing stability, shape and dimensional stability and durability, in high applicability of a sealing material in carpet cloth and a lining material and that in high production efficiency. The method of the present invention for producing such tile carpet comprises applying a heat-melted, amorphous olefin polymer composition (11) onto a travelling endless belt (3), then laminating onto this coating surface a carpet cloth (1) which has been sealed beforehand with an amorphous olefin polymer composition (7), to obtain an integral laminate, thereafter cooling the laminate forcibly using a cooling plate (14), separating the laminate from the endless belt (3) and cutting it into a tile shape.
Abstract:
A device for counting and discharging corrugated cardboard boxes which is provided in a corrugated cardboard box making machine wherein a rotary screw is arranged for receiving corrugated cardboard boxes one by one forwarded thereto and successively stacking and storing said boxes vertically upward from the bottom, and when the number of the boxes have reached a predetermined number, a group of said boxes are sorted and discharged in a horizontal direction by a first and second pusher bars for a next manufacturing process wherein each of the pusher bars is provided with a dividing member for sorting the boxes.
Abstract:
A corrugated cardboard box making machine wherein the units such as feed unit, printing unit and slotting unit are separably connected in alignment with a driving shaft being provided on each one of the units, and on an external gear which is one element of a coupling arranged between the driving shafts engaging projections are provided and on an internal gear which is the other element, there are provided engaging concave portions to automatically receive the engaging projections only when rotational positions of both of the gears are coincided. The machine is further arranged to automatically and accurately perform smooth connecting operation of each driving shaft when each unit is reconnected after such work as printing plate exchange is finished.
