摘要: Provided is an ammonia detoxification device that, when detoxifying ammonia by thermal decomposition, is capable of preventing the generation of nitrogen oxides. That is, the problem is solved by configuring the ammonia detoxification device using: an electric heater; an ammonia decomposition chamber that accepts an ammonia-containing gas to be treated and thermally decomposes the ammonia in the absence of oxygen using heat from the electric heater; a thermally decomposed gas-burning chamber that accepts the nitrogen- and hydrogen-containing gas to be treated that has been generated by the thermal decomposition of the ammonia and discharged from the ammonia decomposition chamber, and an air-supplying means for supplying air from the outside into the thermally the thermally decomposed gas-burning chamber to burn the hydrogen.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a light emitting device includes a light emitting layer, a first electrode, a first and second layers, and a cladding layer. The first layer has a first impurity concentration of a first conductivity type, and allows a carrier to be diffused in the light emitting layer. The second layer has a second impurity concentration of the first conductivity type higher than the first impurity concentration, and includes a first and second surfaces. The first surface is with the first layer. The second surface has a formation region and a non-formation region of the first electrode. The non-formation region includes convex structures with an average pitch not more than a wavelength of the emission light. The cladding layer is provided between the first layer and the light emitting layer and has an impurity concentration of the first conductivity type.

A pattern film forming apparatus includes a sheet supply device, a pressing device and a substrate transport device. A high-definition pattern film having a desired pattern and a sharp edge can be formed with high productivity.

摘要: In a thumbnail screen, categories and category thumbnails are disposed and displayed in the depth (Z-axis) direction and in the horizontal (X axis) direction, respectively. When focus is given by a focus to any of upper and lower category thumbnails, which are displayed on the most front side, and a category name display part, the row (layers) of the thumbnails scrolls in the horizontal direction. When the right and left direction keys of a remote controller are operated while the category name display has focus, the scroll in the depth direction is performed, thus enabling the specification of a desired category. This three-dimensionally displays the thumbnails and facilitates the operation for viewing information.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a surface-treated copper foil capable of consistently attaining a percent loss in peel strength against hydrochloric acid degradation of 10% or less as measured on a copper pattern prepared from the copper foil and having a line width of 0.2 mm, by bringing out the maximum effect of the silane coupling agent employed in zinc-plated or zinc-alloy-plated anti-corrosive copper foil. Another object is to impart excellent moisture resistance, heat resistance, and long-term storage stability to the surface-treated copper foil. In order to attain these objects, the invention provides a surface-treated copper foil for producing printed wiring boards which has been subjected to nodular treatment and anti-corrosion treatment of a surface of a copper foil, wherein the anti-corrosion treatment includes forming a zinc or zinc alloy plating layer on a surface of the copper foil; forming an electrolytic chromate layer on the zinc or zinc alloy plating layer; forming a chromic-ion-containing silane coupling agent-adsorbed layer on the electrolytic chromate layer; and drying the copper foil for 2-6 seconds such that the copper foil reaches 105° C.-200° C.

摘要: A new reversible heat sensitive recording composition for erasable recording is disclosed which is used as a recording or marking material that is capable of erasure at a specific temperature so that coloring or decoloring can be controlled to occur at desired temperature ranges. This range or the hysteresis value of the composition is determined by the .DELTA.T value of the contained ester compound. In addition, the compostion can provide a wide variety of hues and can readily be prepared. The marking or recording drawn in this composition can be maintained at room temperature or less.

摘要: A new reversible temperature indicating composition for use in temperature indicating instruments is diclosed which is capable of accurate temperature indication in a variety of colors and characterized by a minimum range of hysteresis so that the marking drawn in this composition can decolor at or close the temperature at which its coloring takes place. In addition, the composition can provide a wide variety of hues and can be readily prepared. These and other advantages are provided by the inclusion as a main ingredient of an ester compound having .DELTA.T value, defined .DELTA.T=melting point--clouding point, in the range under 3.degree. C., the value that determines a desirably small range of hysteresis.
