    摘要: There is provided a charge/discharge control circuit and a battery assembly including an accurate overcurrent protecting circuit with low consumption current characteristics. The charge/discharge control circuit comprises a current protecting circuit including: a reference voltage circuit having a reference transistor for detecting overcurrent flowing through a control transistor to turn it on, and a constant current circuit; and a comparison circuit for comparing voltage on the reference voltage circuit with voltage generated by overcurrent flowing through the control transistor, wherein when no overcurrent flows, the electric current flowing through the reference voltage circuit is interrupted to reduce power consumption.

    摘要: To provide a resistor circuit with which a resistance ratio among voltage division resistors in a semiconductor integrated circuit can be realized with high accuracy. The resistor circuit of the present invention includes: a reference resistor portion; and a resistor portion including resistor elements and fuse connected in parallel with the resistor elements, respectively, for trimming the resistor elements. The resistor elements are arranged in order from the resistor element having a largest resistance value so as to be adjacent to the reference resistor portion in the periphery of the reference resistor portion. As a result, it is possible to obtain accurately the ratio between a resistance value of a reference resistor and a desired resistance value determined with the ratio from the resistance value of the reference resistor.

    摘要: A cell controller is provided that analyzes each unit machining schedule, which is referred to for manufacturing products, prior to the start of the assigned unit machining schedule. The data items in the schedule are analyzed include identification numbers of machining programs, the use or non-use of such identification numbers, the number of workpieces to be machined, and a presence or absence of predetermined procedures (e.g., for exchanging metal molds, etc.) that are referred to for manufacturing the products. An operator is notified of any foreseeable schedule alarm condition, that will force the operation of the line of manufacturing products of a specific item to be suspended, so that the operator may be informed of the situation in advance. The foreseeable schedule alarm condition may arise for reasons such as an insufficient number of available workpieces and/or preparatory work to be done (e.g., an exchange of metal molds, etc.).

    摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a loudspeaker including assembling a magnetic circuit and a frame. In the step of assembling the magnetic circuit and the frame, parallelism between a plate and a damper attachment portion of the frame is ensured by bringing an upper portion of the plate and the damper attachment portion of the frame into contact with a jig. In addition, perpendicularity between a magnetic gap and the damper attachment portion of the frame is ensured by bringing an outer circumferential side portion of the plate of the magnetic gap and an inner circumferential side portion of the yoke into contact with the jig. The magnetic circuit and the frame are assembled in such a state. With such a manufacturing method, it is possible to achieve a superior loudspeaker capable of reducing a gap defect while being downsized and having increased maximum input power.
