摘要: A hydraulic drive system is provided with a signal guide system for guiding a delivery pressure of a pump as a command pressure via a line and a port, another signal guide system for guiding a pilot pressure of a pilot pump as another command pressure via a line and a port, a tilting control unit for controlling the displacement of the pump by the command pressures guided to the ports, a controller having a command current-setting unit for setting a relationship between a target engine speed and a command current, a target engine speed-indicating unit for an engine, and a solenoid-operated proportional valve for allowing the pilot pressure of the line to pass as is while no drive signal is outputted from the controller but for being reduced in opening to change the pilot pressure to a smaller value when a drive signal is outputted from the controller.

摘要: An engine torque, which corresponds to a target engine speed inputted in a controller, is determined by a functional computing function unit. A torque correction value is added to the engine torque, followed by the multiplication with a constant. The product is divided by a pump delivery pressure to determine a pump displacement. A target tilting corresponding to this value is determined by another functional computing function unit, and is then compared with another target tilting which has been determined from a negative control pressure. The smaller one is selected and is outputted as a target tilting. The torque correction value is set at an EEPROM through an input device as desired. Selection of a negative value as the torque correction value makes it possible to prevent occurrence of stalling.

摘要: For enabling a boom to be smoothly raised during the triple combined operation of boom-up, arm-crowd and bucket-crowd in a hydraulic circuit system for a hydraulic excavator, in a first valve group of a hydraulic valve apparatus (12), a variable throttle valve (70) is installed in a feeder passage (32) of a bucket directional control valve (21) downstream of a load check valve (32a), and a secondary pressure C as a boom-up operation command is introduced through a line (71) to a pilot control sector (70a) of the variable throttle valve (70) which sector operates in the throttling direction, so that when the secondary pressure C is 0 or small, the variable throttle valve (70) is fully opened and, as the secondary pressure C increases, an opening area of the variable throttle valve (70) is reduced to restrict the flow rate of a hydraulic fluid supplied through the bucket directional control valve (21).

摘要: A hydraulic recovery device in a hydraulic system having a pump (1) driving a plurality of actuators through a plurality of control valves (2, 3), the hydraulic recovery device comprising a variable resistance valve (6, 60) in a first line being controlled by a control signal (Px), a third line, a check valve (7) disposed in the third line for allowing the hydraulic fluid to flow only in a direction from the first line toward the second line. The hydraulic recovery device further comprises (a) detecting apparatus (101; 106; 102a, 102b; 103a, 103b) for detecting a condition variable (Pd; Ph; Pia1, Pia2; Pib1, Pib2) related to an operation of the actuator (4); (b) control apparatus (100; 100A-100H) for receiving a signal from the detecting apparatus and producing a drive signal (i; i*) corresponding to the condition variable based on a relationship stored therein in advance; and (c) control signal generating apparatus (105) for receiving the drive signal and producing the control signal (Px) corresponding to the drive signal, whereby the device can optionally set a characteristic of the variable resistance valve and can avoid abrupt changes in a recovered flow rate.

摘要: A hydraulic drive traveling system has a pressure compensated low control valve connected between a hydraulic pump and a variable displacement type hydraulic motor for controlling a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the motor. The flow rate is controlled in accordance with the delivery pressure of the pump and demanded traveling speed of the motor. When the delivery pressure of the pump is at a high level, the motor is shifted to a first capacity. When the delivery pressure of the pump is low, the motor is shifted to either the second capacity or the first capacity depending upon the demanded traveling speed.

摘要: A valve apparatus (10; 10A) has at least one directional control valve (31; 31A) having a pair of variable restricting sections (43, 44) disposed between a supply passage (35) communicating with a hydraulic fluid supply source (11) and a pair of load passages (36, 37) communicating with an actuator (12). A pressure controller (32) or a pressure compensating valve (32A) is provided for holding a differential pressure across the variable restricting sections at a predetermined value. A detection line (57; 57A) is branched from a first passage (32; 86, 87) located between the pair of variable restricting sections and the pair of load passages for receiving a load pressure produced upon operation of the actuator. A check valve (59) or shuttle valve (90, 91) is provided for selecting a maximum load pressure and a control line (61, 62) introduces the selected maximum load pressure, as a control pressure, to the pressure controller or pressure compensating valve. Further, a passage (71; 86) and a check valve (73) are disposed downstream of a point where the detection line (57; 57A) is branched from the first passage (39; 86), for allowing a flow of a hydraulic fluid from the first passage toward the load passage (36) corresponding to one (43) of the variable restricting sections, but blocking off a flow of the hydraulic fluid in the reverse direction when the one variable restricting section (43) is opened.
