    摘要: In a reciprocating compressor, an adequate lubricating effect is ensured for a sliding surface between a piston and a cylinder bore, and the leakage of a refrigerant for discharge is prevented. After a lubricating oil mixed within the refrigerant is separated by an oil separator 23 on a discharge side, the separated lubricating oil is guided via an oil supply hole 29 in a cylinder block 1 to the sliding surface between the cylinder bore 12 and the piston 13 that reciprocates within the cylinder bore 12 thereof in order to lubricate the surface. In this reciprocating compressor, the intermediate axial portion of the outer circumference of the piston 13 has a small diameter in order to define an oil sump 30. The oil sump 30 is configured so as not to directly communicate with a drive chamber 7, and oil always collects within the oil sump 30.

    摘要: An improved scroll compressor having a movable scroll that orbits without being inclined. The compressor has a fixed scroll formed in the housing. The movable scroll is accommodated in the housing and mates with the fixed scroll. The movable scroll is driven by a drive shaft via a crank mechanism. A flange is formed at the periphery of the movable scroll and lies perpendicular to the drive shaft. A groove is formed in the housing. The groove is slightly wider than the thickness of the flange. The flange is slidably accommodated in the groove. Support holes extend through the flange. A pin is supported in each support hole. The ends of each pin are received in guide holes. Since engagement of the flange and the groove prevents the movable scroll from being inclined, the pin is maintained parallel to the guide holes and follows the wall of the guide holes. As a result, uneven wear of the pins and the guide holes is avoided.

The driving unit 130 decreases compressor output discharge capacity when pressure within the driving chamber 110 increases. The first capacity controller 301 and the second capacity controller 401 are provided in series onto the capacity control passage 321, 323, 421. The first capacity controller 301 opens the capacity control passage 321, 323 when compressor suction pressure Ps results predetermined low-pressure state during operation of the cooling circuit 151 and the second capacity controller 401 opens the capacity control passage 323, 421 during operation of the cooling circuit. As the result, the heat exchanger 159 in the cooling circuit 151 is prevented from being frosted. The first capacity controller 301 opens the capacity control passage 321, 323 during operation of the heating circuit 152 and the second capacity controller 401 opens the capacity control passage 323, 421 when compressor discharge pressure Pd results predetermined high-pressure state during operation of the heating circuit 152. As the result, the heating circuit 152 is prevented from being damaged by an abnormally high discharge pressure.

    摘要: A wave cam type compressor includes cylinder blocks. A drive shaft is rotatably supported in the center cylinder blocks. A plurality of cylinder bores are defined about the drive shaft in the cylinder blocks. A wave cam, mounted on the drive shaft, comprises opposing cam surfaces. A width of second portions which move a piston to its bottom dead center position is more narrow than a width of first portions which move a piston to its top dead center position. The pistons are connected to the wave cam by way of shoes. The shoes move along a predetermined path on the cam surfaces. The shoes and the wave cam convert the integral rotation of the drive shaft and wave cam to a reciprocating movement of the pistons to compress fluid introduced into the cylinder bores.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor includes a cylinder blocks having a crank case which communicates with a suction port and a plurality of bores formed therein. The ends of each bore are covered with a pair of housings. The bores communicate with discharge chambers. A drive shaft is rotatably placed within the cylinder blocks. A swash plate is rotatable in the crank case, and is mounted on the drive shaft. A plurality of pistons are drivably coupled to the swash plate, and are reciprocotable in their respective bores. As the pistons reciprocate, a refrigerant in the crank case is sucked into each bore and is compressed therein. The compressed refrigerant is discharged into the discharge chambers from the bores. A passage for transporting the refrigerant between the discharge chambers is formed along the axis of the drive shaft. Seals are provided between the cylinder blocks and the drive shaft for sealing the gap between the discharge chambers and the crank case.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor is provided with a plurality of cylinders and a front and rear cylinder blocks having a crank case connected to a suction port. The cylinder blocks are connected to a front and rear housing sections in order to cover the cylinders. Each housing section contains a discharge chamber. A drive shaft is rotatable supported by the cylinder blocks. One end of the drive shaft is sealed within the front housing. A swash plate is mounted on the drive shaft and is rotatably disposed within the crank case. A plurality of two-head pistons engage the swash plate via a pair of shoes. The pistons move within their respective cylinders in cooperation with the swash plate. The refrigerant is sucked into each cylinder via a suction passage, and is then compressed therein. The refrigerant is discharged into the external refrigerating circuit through the front and rear discharge chambers, .and the front and rear discharge ports. A discharge passage is provided within the drive shaft, and interconnects the front and rear discharge chambers. A valve is provided at one end of the discharge passage to control the opening of the discharge port in relation to the pressure difference between the front and rear discharge chambers.
