摘要： In a digital broadcasting signal receiving/recording/reproducing apparatus, a recorded program can be immediately reproduced without performing complicated operations. Only a desired program and information related to the desired program are separated to be extracted from the digital broadcasting signal. Then, the separated/extracted broadcasting signal is supplied to a recording/reproducing apparatus. In the recording/reproducing apparatus, the supplied broadcasting signal is recorded, and the recorded program can be immediately reproduced without complicated manipulating operations during the signal reproducing operation.

摘要： A heat sink includes a first heat pipe having a flat plate-shape and a second heat pipe connected perpendicularly to the first heat pipe. The first heat pipe has a first wick provided along an inner surface thereof. The second heat pipe has a second wick provided along an inner surface thereof. Each of end portions of the first and second wicks in a connecting portion of the first and second heat pipes has a comb-toothed part formed in a convexoconcave form like teeth of a comb so that the first and second wicks are connected by the comb-toothed parts fitting to each other. The comb-toothed parts of the second wick traverses an interior of the first heat pipe and contacts with the first wick on an opposite side.

摘要： A digital broadcast receiver unit for determining the scanning method of the video signal of the selected program when signals multiplexed through a plurality of different scanning methods are received, processing these video signals by an appropriate video signal processor constituting a video encoder, and then outputting the result. This digital broadcast receiver unit includes a demodulator to tune in the channel of the received signal and perform demodulation, a multiplex isolator to isolate the audio, video and other types of data coded from the multiplex signals output from the demodulator, a decoder to decode the video signal and audio signal from the multiplex isolator, a plurality of video processors performing respectively different corresponding scanning methods and connected to an output of the decoder, an output selector to select from among outputs from the plurality of video processors, and a controller to control the output selector and determine the scanning method of the video signal of the selected program and also perform the appropriate processing based on the scanning method for the selected video signal.

摘要： In decoding a data signal that is associated with a compressed video signal and a compressed audio signal in digital broadcast and is multiplexed in digital broadcast, a digital broadcast receiver according to the present invention efficiently decodes the data signal when the data signal includes a compressed video signal or a compressed audio signal and the compression method used for the compressed video signal or the compressed audio signal is the same as that used for the compressed video signal or the compressed audio signal multiplexed in the digital broadcast. The data signal separated by a demultiplexer 21 is stored in a data decoder 45 in a memory 40. A CPU 30 analyzes the stored data signal and stores the data signal analyzed by the CPU 30 in a decoder buffer 51 when the analyzed data signal includes a compressed video signal or a compressed audio signal and the compression method used for the compressed video signal or the compressed audio signal is the same as that used for the compressed video signal or the compressed audio signal multiplexed in the digital broadcast signal.
