    摘要: The invention provides a method of improving the efficiency of establishment of induced pluripotent stem cells by increasing, in a nuclear reprogramming step of somatic cell, the level of activated form of one or more proteins selected from the group consisting of Ras family members, PI3 kinase, RalGEF, Raf, AKT family members, Rheb, TCL1 and S6K. The invention also provides a method of producing induced pluripotent stem cells by contacting a somatic cell with a nuclear reprogramming substance and one or more of such proteins and nucleic acids that encode such proteins. The invention further provides an induced pluripotent stem cell that has an exogenous nucleic acid encoding such a protein, as well as agents for use in the aforesaid methods.

Further, a touch panel having good transparency and allowing stabilized operation is provided by interposing the pressure sensitive conductive sheet between an upper conductive layer on the lower face of an upper substrate and a lower conductive layer on the upper face of a lower substrate.

    摘要: A touch panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a wiring substrate provided with a plurality of wiring patterns formed thereon, and an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first conductive layer and first electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the first conductive layer. The second substrate has a second conductive layer confronting the first surface with a space, and second electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the second conductive layer. The anisotropic conductive adhesive layer connects a terminal portion of the wiring patterns to at least one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The wiring substrate has a slit or an aperture between the wiring patterns at one end thereof. The touch panel of this structure is easy to produce, and provides reliable operation and electrical connection and separation.

    摘要: Disclosed here is a touch panel with improved visibility. The polarizing plate of the touch panel has a laminated structure in which the polarizing layer is sandwiched between the upper protective layer and the lower protective layer. Of the three layers, the lower protective layer is formed as a phase-difference layer with ¼ wavelength made of a cycloolefin-based polymer. The structure protects the polarizing plate from distortion and deterioration, offering good visibility. At the same time, the structure above contributes to a reduced parts count and accordingly a cost-reduced touch panel.

The high resistive layer has soft particles and hard particles different in average particle size dispersed therein. The pressure sensitive conductive sheet and a panel switch using the sheet have small variations in the resistance change after repeated pressing, thereby providing reliable operation.
