摘要： A ligature device for medical treatment has an operating device that has a ligature tool for medical treatment fitted onto a distal end portion thereof. The operating device is provided with a cutting member that is able to move freely backwards and forwards and is used to cut a ligature wire of the ligature tool for medical treatment. A distal end side of the cutting member has an inclined end portion that is inclined relative to the direction of forward and backward movement, and a blade portion is provided in this inclined end portion.

摘要： An endoscopic treatment device is used with an endoscope. This treatment device includes a transmission member with a flexible structure having a distal end portion to be inserted into a body and can be operated outside the body, a push rod coupled to the distal end portion, and first and second connecting members rotatably coupled to the push rod. The treatment device further includes first and second arm members rotatably coupled to the distal end portion of the connecting member, a holding member rotatably holding the respective arm at a predetermined interval therebetween, and first and second actuating members integrally formed with the arm members and can open/close when the transmission member actuates the first and second connecting members and the first and second arm members through the push rod. This device also includes a needle mounted on at least one of the first and second actuating members.

摘要： A method of performing treatment on a desired part of a cavity includes use of an endoscope having a guide wire, a therapeutic instrument and a therapeutic instrument elevator base capable of guiding the instrument to a desired position. The guide wire is inserted into an insertion channel of the endoscope and located in a desired position in the cavity. The instrument is moved from a position in the cavity to a position closer to the operation portion of the endoscope than to the distal end of the endoscope. While a guide wire fixing means at the distal end of the endoscope fixes the guide wire, the instrument is completely pulled out from the instrument channel of the endoscope.

摘要： A suturing method for a penetrating hole formed in a luminal organ using a suture material to close the penetrating hole according to the present invention includes the steps of: inserting a needle at a position that is removed from the open edge of the penetrating hole by a distance that is less than the thickness of the wall of the luminal organ and passing the needle through the wall; sending out from the needle an anchor affixed to the end of the suture material; placing the anchor in place by pulling the needle through the wall and passing the suture material through the wall; and tightening the suture material after passing the suturing material in the same direction through the wall at multiple sites interposing the penetrating hole.

摘要： A method for suturing a perforation comprises the steps of: observing an area around the perforation from an inside of a hollow organ by an observation device inserted from a natural opening of a living body; observing the area around the perforation from a body cavity side of the hollow organ by an observation device inserted from the natural opening of the living body; thrusting a needle of a suture unit inserted from the natural opening of the living body into a tissue around the perforation of the hollow organ to make a suture thread puncture the tissue via the needle; and closing the perforation by tightening up the suture thread puncturing the tissue.
