    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to touch display panels and touch display devices. More specifically, the touch display panels and touch display devices provided are capable of performing display driving and touch driving simultaneously or together through a ground modulation scheme. Further, by separating a power source for driving a display controller D-CTR from a power source for driving a touch controller T-CTR, and controlling respective power sources independently, it is possible to reduce power consumption. Also, by enabling a power source for driving a ground modulation circuit to be variable, it is possible to provide functions based on touch sensing under a condition of reduced power consumption.

The LCD device includes a liquid crystal panel configured to comprise a TFT substrate and a color filter substrate; a touch panel configured to comprise a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of receiving electrodes; a common voltage generator configured to generate a common voltage; a touch sensing unit configured to supply the common voltage to the driving electrodes and sequentially supply a driving voltage to scanned driving electrodes, corresponding to scanned gate lines to which a scan signal has been inputted for one frame period, to detect a touch; and a driving voltage generator configured to generate the driving voltage.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of sub pixels; a first touch electrode on the substrate and overlapping at least one subpixel from the plurality of sub pixels; a second touch electrode on the substrate and spaced apart from the first touch electrode and overlapping the at least one sub pixel; an insulating layer covering the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a plurality of charging transistors on the insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a plurality of sensing transistors on the insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a planarization layer covering the plurality of charging transistors and the plurality of sensing transistors; and a light emitting diode on the planarization layer.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a touch driving circuit and a touch driving method thereof, and more particularly, a touch display device, a touch driving circuit and a touch driving method thereof enabling to reduce the distortion phenomenon of the common voltage caused by a load of the touch electrodes. In addition, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a touch driving circuit and touch driving method thereof enabling reduction of the distortion phenomenon of the common voltage according to a structure of the touch electrodes. In addition, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a touch driving circuit and touch driving method thereof enabling to reduce the distortion phenomenon of the common voltage generated in a driving process in which a display driving operation and a touch driving operation are alternated.
