The method includes generating broadcast data for one or more broadcast services, generating first level signaling information including information for describing attribute of the one or more broadcast services, generating second level signaling information including information for listing the one or more broadcast service, generating link layer packets including the encoded broadcast data, the first level signaling information, and the second level signaling information, and generating a broadcast signal including the generated link layer packets.
Abstract:
Proposed herein is a method for transmitting a broadcast signal. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal proposes a system that can support next generation broadcast services in an environment supporting next generation hybrid broadcast, which uses a terrestrial broadcasting network and Internet network. Additionally, proposed herein is an efficient signaling solution that can encompass both terrestrial broadcasting network and Internet network, in an environment supporting next generation hybrid broadcast.

Proposed is a device for traffic flow coordination, and the device includes a transceiver configured to transmit a traffic flow coordination message to a moving object around a road or to receive traffic flow-related information on the road or surroundings thereof, and a processor configured to process the traffic flow-related information, wherein the processor is configured to obtain the traffic flow-related information, generate maneuver information for at least one moving object based on the obtained traffic flow-related information, and transmit a traffic flow coordination message including the generated maneuver information for the at least one moving object to at least one moving object around the road.

One embodiment is a UE operation method related to a sidelink in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: a UE calculating first congestion information associated with an LTE terminal in a predetermined interval; the UE calculating second congestion information associated with an ITS terminal in the predetermined interval; and the UE determining slots for LTE on the basis of the first congestion information and the second congestion information, wherein the first congestion information is the ratio of the number of PSCCH candidate positions of which RSRP is equal to or greater than a first threshold value, to the total number of subchannels in the predetermined interval.

A method of accessing a supplementary content in a digital broadcast receiver connected to an external input source, the method including receiving uncompressed data of a broadcast service from the external input source, the broadcast service being delivered based on either a Real-Time Object Delivery over Unidirectional Transport (ROUTE) protocol or an MPEG Media Transport (MMT) protocol, wherein the uncompressed data includes at least one of audio data or video data, extracting at least one watermark from the uncompressed data, making a request to a server, receiving a recovery file including an URL (Uniform Resource Locator) used to retrieve signaling files needed to access and present the supplementary content, wherein the recovery file further includes an identifier of a broadcast stream, a major channel number, a minor channel number, service ID for uniquely identifying the broadcast service within a scope of a broadcast area, and version of service information, retrieving the signaling files using the URL included in the recovery file, and presenting the supplementary content based on the signaling files, wherein timing information included in the recovery file is used to synchronize the supplementary content with the uncompressed data from the external input source.

The method for transmitting a safety message, by a UE, in a wireless communication system supporting sidelink comprises the steps of: receiving, from an adjacent UE, a sidelink signal including mobility information on the adjacent UE; calculating a collision risk range for the adjacent UE on the basis of the mobility information on the adjacent UE; and determining whether to transmit a safety message on the basis of the collision risk range to which an estimated threshold value has been applied, wherein the estimated threshold value is determined on the basis of a received decentralized environmental notification message (DENM).
