    摘要: A hermetic compressor including a housing containing oil and a compression mechanism for compressing a refrigerant gas. In this configuration, a cylindrical piston has under cuts which do not communicate with at least a top surface at a cylinder side of the piston and are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the piston excluding a sliding surface existing in the axial direction of a piston pin and the perpendicular direction of the piston pin viewed from the axial direction of the piston, in which the under cuts communicate with space inside the housing in the vicinity of the bottom dead center. Since the sliding surface is provided in the direction parallel to and perpendicular to the axis, inclination of the piston in the vertical direction is suppressed and at the same time oil supply to the sliding portion through the under cuts is promoted. Therefore, the sealing property and lubricant property are improved, and thus high efficiency of the compressor can be realized.

In the optical multiplexer/demultiplexer, optical input ends of output waveguides arrayed corresponding to signals of channel wavelengths set at predetermined wavelength intervals are arranged so that an optical input end of at least either one of these output waveguides is located inside a Rowland circle. This structure effectively reduces the loss variation etc. among the signal channels.

    摘要: A hermetic compressor includes an airtight container containing lubricating oil and having a compression element and a motor element. The compression element compresses a refrigerant by being driven by the motor element. The compression element includes a crankshaft extending in a vertical direction and having a main shaft and an eccentric part; a block forming a compression space; a piston having a cylindrical shape and reciprocating in the compression space; and a connecting rod for transmitting the rotation of the eccentric part to the piston. The piston has its center of gravity on either the upper side or the lower side in the vertical direction with respect to a plane which passes through the central axis of the piston and is perpendicular to the crankshaft.
