摘要： In a pre-mounted tensioning device the fastening bolt is covered by the idler wheel. The fastening bolt is serviced through a recess provided in the wheel surface. A pre-mounted unit is created through the insertion of a fastening bolt whose head is pushed by spring elements against the wheel surface, thus preventing the idler wheel from turning and forcing the recess to coincide with the fastening bolt.

摘要： In a drive device for pumps consisting of a pump impeller mounted in a pump chamber, a pump cover covers the pump chamber and has an extension and a bore passing from the pump chamber to the outside. A shaft is connected at its inner end to the pump impeller and at its outer end in a torsion-proof manner by way of a coupling element to a drive wheel. A bearing supports the shaft and drive wheel in the housing bore and extension respectively. The coupling element is formed by an external edge rigidly connected to the drive wheel and covers the outer bearing and the extension laterally on the outside. A cover plate with a center section connects in a torsion-proof manner to the shaft, and is adjusted to elastically adjust the cover plate relative to the pump cover either inward toward the pump chamber or outward away from the pump chamber, thereby providing for automatic adjustment of the radial and axial load-supporting bearings means to remove their play.

摘要： A bearing on a shaft is separated from the bore of a housing by an intermediate sleeve. The sleeve has an annular recess in its end surface, the end surface being spaced from the shaft. A sealing element extends radially in the annular recess and axially between the shaft and the intermediate sleeve. The axially extending arm of the sealing element has a flange extending behind a radially extending surface of the intermediate sleeve to axially hold the sealing element, with play, to the intermediate sleeve. The sealing element is mounted with prestress on the shaft, to rotate therewith during operation.

摘要： A tensioning arrangement for a drive belt includes a support, a tension roller rotatably mounted on one end of the support, a swivel bearing arranged on the support at a distance from the tension roller, a swivel-damping element in the form of a linear-acting frictional damper having a master piston and a slave piston arranged in and separately frictionally engaging a cylinder, a spring arranged concentrically around the cylinder and coupled to the master piston, and a spring arranged inside the cylinder and coupled to the slave piston. The displacement of the master piston in one direction is opposed by the frictional forces separately acting on both pistons, whereas the displacement of the master piston in the other direction is opposed by the frictional forces acting on only the master piston.

摘要： A method and apparatus for manufacture of a rolling body directly on a bearing, comprising a hub, a roller sleeve, an annular portion joining the hub and roller sleeve, and reinforcing ribs on either side of the annular portion. Injected material fills the recesses for forming the reinforcing ribs from two directions: a primary flow radially inwardly directed from the mold portion for forming the roller sleeve and a secondary flow radially outwardly directed from the mold portion for forming the hub. The total cross-sectional area of the recesses for forming the reinforcing ribs is adjusted with respect to the circumferential cross-sectional area of the mold portion for forming the annular portion so that the fronts of the primary and secondary flows meet in the recesses. Pressure-release openings are arranged to communicate with the recesses at points in the area at which the meeting of the flow fronts occurs. The junctures resulting from the meeting of the flow fronts are thereby formed along the reinforcing ribs.

摘要： A bearing unit for a rotating component, such as a toothed gear or guide pulley, with an integrated pump consists of a housing with a pump chamber defined therein, a pump rotor installed in the pump chamber, a support pin having an end supported in the housing, and a bearing ring rotatably mounted on the support pin. The bearing unit is mountable on a support surface of an associated machine element, such as an engine block by means of a flange on the housing. The pump rotor and the rotating component are securely mounted on the outer surface of the bearing ring in mutual abutting relationship. The pump rotor is disposed between the housing flange and a web portion of the rotating component. The rim portion of the rotating component circumscribes the pump rotor. A sliding sealing ring is provided between the housing or housing ring and the rotating component.
