摘要： The data memory device has a plurality of memory cells for storing data which are represented by a first physical value of the storing memory elements, especially their conductivity or charge. The memory elements are, for example, storage capacitors. A detection device detects the first physical value representing the data and a second detection device is provided for detecting a second physical value of the storage cells or constituents of the same, especially of the storage element, especially the leakage current of the storage capacitor provided for storing the data. The second physical value represents a second detectable item of information in addition to the first physical value representing the data, independently of the first physical value. The invention also relates to a method for permanently storing information in storage cells of a data storage device for reversibly or permanently storing data.

摘要： A configuration for connecting conductor tracks includes a first conductor track fabricated with a first phase mask having a first phase and a second conductor track fabricated with a second phase mask having a second phase opposite to the first phase. The first and second conductor tracks define a given metallization plane and are disposed on this given metallization plane. The first conductor track adjoins the second conductor track in a junction region such that a discontinuity is provided between the first conductor track and the second conductor track. A connecting contact is disposed above or below the given metallization plane and connects the conductor tracks in the junction region. Moving the connection above or below the metallization plane avoids phase conflicts in the junction region. A method of electrically connecting conductor tracks is also provided.

摘要： Before the integrated circuit is separated from the wafer, a switching element is energized and signals are transmitted between an internal signal line and an external signal line located in a scribe lane of the wafer. When the integrated circuit is diced, the connection between the switching element and the external signal line is interrupted at an interface. After the separation, the switching element is permanently disabled in order to disconnect the internal signal line from the interface.

摘要： An integrated memory has memory cells disposed in a cell array at crossover points of bit lines and word lines for storing information items. In addition, the memory has a word line decoder by which the word lines can be addressed, and at least one evaluation unit for evaluating the information items read from the memory cells onto the bit lines and the evaluation unit has an activation input. In addition, the integrated memory has a logic unit for performing an OR function and has inputs connected to that end of each of the word lines which is remote from the word line decoder. The logic unit further has an output connected to the activation input of the evaluation unit. The logic unit serves for time-optimized activation of the evaluation unit as soon as one of the word lines has been selected by the word line decoder.
