    摘要: A controller for a cutting machine has a machining power extracting unit for extracting machining power related to machining from the consumed power of the cutting machine, a detection range setter for setting a detection range for the machining power thus extracted, an integrator for integrating output values of the machining power extracting unit within the detection range thus set, a maximum value detector for detecting the maximum value of the output values of the machining power extracting unit within the detection range, and a judging unit for comparing an input signal with a variable comparative reference value and producing a control signal if the input signal exceeds the comparative reference value. The judging unit has an input which is selectively connectable to the machining power extracting unit, the integrator and the maximum value detector.

    摘要: A carrier for a developer comprising a core material coated with a coating material consisting essentially of a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene or hexafluoropropylene is disclosed. The carrier causes neither fog generation in the initial stage of running nor contamination of a developing machine because of its high rate of charge increase and satisfactory resistance to surface contamination, and exhibits excellent adhesion between the core material and the coating material.

    摘要: A front-loading record player comprises a slide base carrying thereon a turntable and movable back and forth with respect to a player cabinet; a driving cam including a front slant retainer section and a rear linear section, the linear section extending in parallel with the moving direction of said slide base and the driving cam being provided on said slide base; a guide cam including a front recess portion and a rear linear portion, the linear portion extending in parallel with the moving direction of the slide base and the guide cam being provided on the player cabinet; and a front door opening/closing drive member for opening and closing a front door of the player cabinet, the drive member being held between the driving cam and the guide cam. The front door opening/closing drive member and the front door are drivingly coupled to each other. The front door opening/closing drive member is driven back and forth and held between the front slant retainer section of the driving cam and the rear linear portion of the guide cam when the slide base is located behind a predetermined position whereas the front door opening/closing drive member is held at a standstill between the linear section of the driving cam and the recess portion of the said guide cam when the slide base is located in front of the predetermined position.

    摘要: The present invention provides a composite color image forming method. The method includes electrically charging a latent image-holding member; exposing the charged latent image-holding member to light to form an electrostatic latent image; developing the electrostatic latent image with a two-component developer containing toner particles of one color and a carrier to form a toner image on the latent image-holding member; primarily transferring the toner image from the latent image-holding member to an intermediate transfer member; repeating the electrically charging, the exposing, the developing, and the primarily transferring, while the toner particles are replaced with toner particles of different color, to form a composite color image on the intermediate transfer member; and secondarily transferring the composite color image from the intermediate transfer member to a recording medium. The carrier contains magnetic substance-dispersed core particles in which a magnetic substance is dispersed in a resin, and a coating layer that coats the surface of each of the magnetic substance-dispersed core particles at a covering rate of 95% or more. In addition, the carrier has a degree of circularity of 0.970 or more. The intermediate transfer member is a belt that has a substrate whose Young's modulus is in the range of 3,000 to 6,500 MPa. During the primary transferring, primary transfer nip pressure is in the range of 8 to 20 gf/cm, and a value (T/P) obtained by dividing a primary transfer current value T (μA) by a processing speed P (mm/sec) is from 0.08 to 0.18.
