A process for the preparation of prostaglandin compounds having the formula (I): wherein A is selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl groups; C7-C16 aralkyl groups wherein an aryl portion thereof is unsubstituted or substituted with one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl groups, halo and CF3; and (CH2)nOR′ wherein n is an integer from 1 to 3 and R′ represents a C6-C10 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted with one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl groups, halo and CF3; B is selected from OR″ and NHR″ wherein R″ is C1-C6 alkyl groups; and represents a double bond or a single bond, is disclosed. Novel intermediates are also disclosed.

Novel methods for making dosages form comprising a cushioning component. The methods of the present invention provides dosage forms which can be compressed to form compressed dosage forms that are substantially uniform in composition and robust and exhibit reduced friability. The invention also relates to methods for making fast-disintegrating dosage forms.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for just-in-time data quality assessment of best records created during data migration are disclosed. A data steward includes tools for creating and editing a best record creation strategy that defines how records from multiple systems will be integrated into target systems. At design time, the data steward can generate best record creation and validation rules based on the best record creation strategy. The data steward can apply the best record creation and validation rules to a sample of matched records from multiple data sources to generate a sample set of best records. The efficacy of the best record creation rules can be evaluated by assessing the number of fields in the sample set that fail the validation rules. During review, the validation rules can be applied to edits to the best records received from a human reviewer to ensure compliance with the best record creation strategy.

Disclosed is a user interface on a display for editing data transformations comprising an ETL process. A first display area presents a data representation of a data transformation. A second display area presents a view of input data, and a third display are presents a view of output data. User input to modify the data transformation is received. In response to receiving the user input, the third display area is updated with output data generated by applying the modified data transformation to the input data.

A method, computer software program, and system provides automatic selection of time slots in time-division multiplexed connections. A network is mapped, and source and destination nodes are selected, as well as a route between them. Appropriate time slots are selected in a time-division multiplexed signal between the selected nodes, and a connection between the two nodes is automatically created, based at least in part on information related to the selected routes and time slots.
Abstract:
The present invention is a system and method for generating predictions for various parameters in a reservoir. The invention includes receiving input data characterizing the reservoir and determining transient areas. The transient areas are determined by receiving data from the reservoir, transforming the data using discrete wavelet transformation to produce transformed data, removing outliers from the transformed data, identifying and reducing noise from in the transformed data and then detecting transient areas in the transformed data. A computer model is produced in response to the transient data and predictions for parameters in the reservoir are determined. These predictions are verified by comparing predictive values with a reservoir model and then the predictions for the various parameters can be used.
