Abstract: A boom system includes a base assembly, a boom assembly coupled to the base assembly, and a controller. The boom assembly includes a boom including a series of boom sections, a first implement coupled to a first boom section, a second implement coupled to a second boom section, and an actuator configured to vary a lateral distance between the first implement and the second implement. The controller is communicably coupled with the boom assembly and configured to control the actuator to prevent the lateral distance between the first implement and the second implement from falling below a minimum distance.

Abstract: A machine includes a chassis, a turntable coupled to the chassis, a boom coupled to the turntable, an axle, a first actuator, and a second actuator. The chassis has a first end and an opposing second end, and defines a longitudinal center axis. The turntable is selectively rotatable about a rotation axis. The axle is pivotally coupled to the first end of the chassis and configured to pivot about the longitudinal center axis. The first actuator is coupled to the first end of the chassis and positioned on a first side of the longitudinal center axis. The first actuator is extendable to selectively engage a first contact point on the axle. The second actuator is coupled to the first end of the chassis and positioned on an opposing second side of the longitudinal center axis. The second actuator is extendable to selectively engage a second contact point on the axle.

The controller can be configured to determine battery information regarding a state of charge of the battery assembly and a state of charge of the one or more rechargeable batteries of the one or more lift devices. The controller can be configured to initiate, based on the determined battery information, a charging operation to charge the one or more rechargeable batteries of the one or more lift devices via the inductive coil of the one or more wireless charging devices.

Abstract: A lift machine includes a base having a first end and a second end, a first assembly, and a second assembly. The first end has first and second pivot points defining a first lateral axis. The second end has third and fourth pivot points defining a second lateral axis. The first assembly is pivotably coupled to the first and second pivot points. The first assembly extends away from the base in a first direction such that first and second tractive elements are longitudinally offset from the first lateral axis and spaced from the first end of the base. The second assembly is pivotably coupled to the third and fourth pivot points. The control system has programmed instructions to acquire operation data regarding operation of the lift device, fluidly couple a first leveling actuator and a second leveling actuator based on the operation data, acquire an update regarding the operation data, fluidly decouple the first leveling actuator and the second leveling actuator based on the update regarding the operation data, and selectively control the first leveling actuator and the second leveling actuator to (i) selectively reposition a first tractive element and a second tractive element relative to each other about a longitudinal axis defined by the lift device and (ii) selectively reposition the first tractive element and the second tractive element about a first lateral axis defined by the lift device.

Abstract: A frame, a boom assembly, and an actuator. The boom assembly includes a first boom section having a proximal end coupled to the frame and a distal end opposite the proximal end and a second boom section pivotably coupled to the distal end of the first boom section. The actuator is reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The actuator permits the boom assembly to move freely when the actuator is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the actuator is positioned to couple the second boom section to the frame such that the actuator limits movement of the first boom section relative to the frame.
