Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that indicates a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) Layer 3 (L3) signal corresponding to a first cell. The UE may select, based at least in part on an angle of arrival (AoA) difference between a first AoA and a second AoA, a UE reception (Rx) beam for receiving the CSI-RS L3 signal, wherein the first AoA is associated with the CSI-RS L3 signal, and wherein the second AoA is associated with a communication corresponding to a second cell. The UE may receive the CSI-RS L3 signal using the UE Rx beam. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may operate in an idle mode in which the UE does not actively monitor for incoming transmissions. In some cases, the network may probe the idle UE by sending a paging early indication (PEI), which may trigger the UE to monitor paging occasions for incoming data. If the UE does not receive the PEI on the first PEI occasion, the UE may continue to monitor subsequent PEI occasions. However, the UE may stop monitoring subsequent PEI occasions once the data has been received. Accordingly, the network may indicate a stop trigger implicitly or explicitly to the UE. In some cases, the stop trigger may be an indication in a short message or downlink control information (DCI). Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may stop monitoring after receiving any downlink transmission.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication device, otherwise known as a user equipment (UE) may transmit capability information including an indication of a discontinuous monitoring delay period. The UE may receive a message including an indication to adjust monitoring of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and monitor for the PDCCH during the discontinuous monitoring delay period. The UE may adjust monitoring for the PDCCH following the discontinuous monitoring delay period during a temporal period based on the received indication to adjust monitoring of the PDCCH. In some examples, at least one of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception, downlink reference signal monitoring, uplink reference signal transmissions, and channel reporting is enabled during the temporal period while monitoring of the PDCCH is adjusted.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support dormant bandwidth part (BWP) configurations that may be used for full-duplex operation. In a first aspect, a user equipment (UE) in a full-duplex mode may, in at least one symbol, receive a downlink signal in a dormant downlink BWP and transmit an uplink signal in an uplink BWP. In a second aspect, a dormant downlink BWP may be further configured into one of multiple possible resource bandwidths (RBWs), which may include at least one dormant RBW. Each of the multiple RBWs that may be configured in the dormant BWP may be associated with a size and location as well as a set of one or more operational constraints. In a third aspect, a dormant downlink BWP may be further configured into one of multiple possible RBWs, which may include a downlink dormant RBW and an uplink dormant RBW.

A first device may receive, from a second device, first control signaling that activates the predication capability of the first device to generate a set of one or more control parameters for communications. The second device may transmit second control signaling to the first device to indicate initial values of the control parameters and a channel condition model for the first device. The first device and the second device may generate a set of multiple values associated with the control parameters over a time period based on the initial values of the control parameters and the channel condition model. Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve the precision and performance of a TDOA-based UE positioning scheme that is associated with an NTN. In one aspect, a UE receives, from a first satellite, a first PRS at a first reception time. The UE receives, from a second satellite, a second PRS at a second reception time and an indication of a transmission-reception time difference, the transmission-reception time difference being a difference between a time the second satellite transmits the second PRS to the UE and a time the second satellite receives an RS from the first satellite. The UE calculates an RSTD for the first PRS and the second PRS based at least in part on the first reception time of the first PRS, the second reception time of the second PRS, and the transmission-reception time difference.

The UE may perform, based at least in part on the downlink control information, the channel state information reference signal measurements on one or more cells in the set of cells according to the cell measurement supported by the UE to identify channel state information for each of the one or more cells.
