    摘要: A hatchback door structure for a vehicle includes an inner panel which is arranged on an inner side of the vehicle; and an outer panel which is arranged on an outer side of the vehicle, wherein the inner panel includes a frame which has a shape outlining an outer shape of a hatchback door, wherein a window frame portion on which a window glass is mounted is formed in an upper portion of the frame, and a locking device fixing portion for fixing a locking device is formed on a bottom of the frame. A V-shaped stiffening frame portion is integrally formed with the frame, and extends from both a bottom left corner and a bottom right corner of the window frame to the locking device fixing portion, wherein the V-shaped stiffening frame portion protrudes toward the outer panel from an inner side contour of the frame with respect to the vehicle.

Embodiments provide improved responsiveness to variations in input voltage, load current, and ambient temperature. Exemplary embodiments include an NPN transistor connected between the input and output terminals, which is controlled by a feedback circuit. In an embodiment, the feedback circuit includes a PMOS transistor and in another embodiment the feedback circuit includes a PNP transistor.

    摘要: To a bifunctional acrylurethane compound having acrylate groups at its both ends, which is a reaction product of polypropylene glycol, a mixture of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1, 6-diisocyanatohexane and 2,4,4-trimethy1-1, 6-diisocyanatohexane, and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, nematic liquid crystal and a photo-reaction initiator are mixed to obtain a uniformly dissolved mixture, and the mixture undergoes a phase separation treatment by photopolymerization to thereby form a liquid crystal/polymer composite material layer 7 which is utilized for a liquid crystal optical element 1. The phase separation by photo-polymerization improves controllability of the structure of the liquid crystal/polymer composite material layer. In particular, the shape of the polymer phase with respect to the liquid crystal phase is precisely controlled to adjust the optical characteristic performance of liquid crystal domains in a connected phase of liquid crystal; to improve the electro-optical characteristics in a low temperature region, and to obtain a display of high contrast and low hysteresis.

    摘要: A CMOS output circuit including CMOS inverters, is formed on a semiconductor substrate and N MOS switching transistors are provided. The output circuit is responsive to an external control signal for switching a plurality of reference voltages and delivering them as multiple-level drive signals. The CMOS output circuit furthermore includes PMOS switching circuits connected in parallel with each of a plurality of CMOS transfer gates, CMOS inverters, and N MOS switching transistors for preventing a latch-up phenomenon of the CMOS inverters from being produced. The PMOS switching circuits are on-off controlled by a control signal obtained by converting an amplitude level of an external control signal.
