[Solution] An audio processing device including: an audio information acquisition unit that acquires audio information; a holding unit that abuts on a cavum concha or an inner wall of an ear canal and holds the audio information acquisition unit in a space closer to an eardrum side than a tragus, in a state of being worn by a user; an opening portion that opens an ear hole to an outside; and a signal processing unit that generates a noise cancellation signal based on the audio information acquired by the audio information acquisition unit.

By applying an alternating electric field to the vibration element 121, vibration corresponding to audio is generated.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a noise reduction device, a noise reduction method, and a program capable of reducing noise in a more stable and effective manner. Signal processing is performed to generate a reference signal representing a waveform of noise on the basis of an estimation value indicating estimation of an acoustic characteristic in a route from each of a predetermined number of speakers to a microphone. Moreover, signal processing is performed for an error signal representing a waveform of an error measured by the microphone in accordance with an amplitude-frequency characteristic obtained from the corresponding one of the acoustic characteristics. Then, a filter coefficient with which the error signal becomes zero is calculated under adaptive algorithm with reference to the reference signal. The reference signal is filtered by using the filter coefficient to obtain a control signal. The control signal is supplied to the corresponding one of the predetermined number of output units. The present technology is applicable to a noise cancelling system equipped in a closed space such as an interior of a vehicle, for example.

    Abstract: Provided is a sound output device worn on an ear of a listener and used, and having listening characteristics of an ambient sound in a wearing state. A sound output device 100 includes a sound generating portion 110 that generates a sound, a sound guiding portion 120 that takes in the sound generated in the sound generating portion 110 from one end 121, and a holding portion 130 that holds the sound guiding portion 120 in the vicinity of the other end 122. The holding portion 130 is engaged with an intertragic notch, and supports the sound guiding portion 120 such that a sound output hole of the other end 122 of the sound guiding portion 120 to face a depth side of an ear canal. Even in a state where the listener wears the sound output device 100, the sound output device 100 does not block an ear cavity of the listener, and the listener can listen to the ambient sound.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a headphone device, a terminal device, an information transmitting method, a program, and a headphone system capable of reducing a process burden of parameter control in a noise canceling process of the headphone device. In the terminal device capable of communicating with the headphone device, a parameter appropriate for the noise canceling process is determined based on analysis of noise from outside and position information and indication information to indicate a processing parameter related to the noise canceling process in the headphone device is generated.
