The composite pallet further includes two cantilever components each including a first cantilever and a second cantilever slidably connected, the first cantilever and the second cantilever each are fixed to a corresponding one of the bottom block components, the first cantilever being capable of sliding relative to the second cantilever along a lengthwise direction of the cantilever components to vary the length of the cantilever components. A crossed beam component includes a first beam and a second beam pivotably connected at a middle portion, free ends of both the first beam and the second beam are pivotally connected to free ends of the bottom block components.

    摘要: The present invention provides a package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass, which includes an air sack sheet and scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with four corners of a piece of liquid crystal glass. The air sack sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of air sacks. The scratch protection layers are single-sided adhesive tapes or foamed PE cushioning materials. The package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass according to the present invention uses an air sack sheet as a basic material to be used in combination with scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with the four corners of the liquid crystal glass so as to prevent the liquid crystal glass from scratching and breaking the air sacks thereby providing improved effect of cushioning and thus highly effective protection of the liquid crystal glass during transportation.

    摘要: The present invention provides a backplane and a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device using the backplane. The backplane includes: a bottom plate (2) and multiple side plates (4) connected to the bottom plate (2). The bottom plate (2) includes a base section (22) and a mounting section (24) connected to a lateral edge of the base section (22). The base section (22) has two ends that are each provided with a stepwise structure (222) for mounting a curved light guide plate to an inner side thereof. The mounting sections (24) has an outside surface that is curved for mounting a circuit board. The base section (22) has an outside surface on which first reinforcement ribs (226) and second reinforcement ribs (228) perpendicularly connected thereto are formed. The backplane and the backlight module and the liquid crystal display device using the backplane of the present invention help make the backplane simple in structure and easy to manufacture and simplifies the assembling operation and reduces the manufacturing cost.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a light-emitting device is provided, including: providing a base, which includes a heat dissipation layer made of graphene; forming a buffer layer on the heat dissipation layer; and forming a light emission unit on the buffer layer. The light-emitting device so made includes a graphene-made heat dissipation layer that effectively dissipates away heat emitting from an emissive layer of the light emission unit so as to effectively reduce the temperature of the light-emitting device and extend the service life of the light-emitting device. Particularly, when the light-emitting device is a light-emitting diode, the emissive layer thereof is a quantum dot emissive layer for effectively improving color saturation of the light-emitting diode and enhancing color displaying performance of the light-emitting diode.

The coupling section (842) is coupled to the mount section (284) so as to couple the front bezel (8) and the heat dissipation board (28) together.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a backlight module including: a rear plate; a reflective sheet disposed on the rear plate; a glass substrate disposed on the reflective sheet, a surface of the glass substrate facing the reflective sheet being formed with an optical dot structure layer and another surface of the glass substrate acting as a light exiting surface; and a backlight source disposed at a side of the glass substrate. The backlight source and the glass substrate have a first polarizer disposed therebetween and thereby light emitted from the backlight source becomes a polarized light after passing through the first polarizer, subsequently enters into the glass substrate and then exits out from the light exiting surface after being reflected by the optical dot structure layer. Moreover, the present invention further discloses a liquid crystal display device including the above backlight module.

    摘要: A packing device including a buffering device is disclosed. The buffering device includes a bottom buffering member and a top buffering member arranged with a plurality of installing slots. The top buffering member includes a first surface having a plurality of first slots corresponding to the installing slots and a second surface having a plurality of second slots corresponding to a plurality of installing slot sets. In view of the above, by arranging the first slot for clasping the liquid crystal module and the second slot for clasping the LCD TV, the buffering device and the packing device can be adopted to pack the liquid crystal module and the LCD TV. Not only the packing cost is reduced, but also mass production is facilitated due to simple structure.
