    摘要: A management diagnosis report preparation system comprises a first memory for storing, check items for reviewing the achievement of each theme, an check result indication given to respective check items for indicating the check results by an acting department, actions for achieving the themes, and evaluation values indicating the degree of the effectiveness for the action, a second memory for storing past reports including the past themes and actions used for achieving the past themes and a computer for preparing a report. The computer is programmed to increase or decrease the evaluation values of the actions based on a comparison with the past reports, to select an action having a high evaluation value among all the actions related to the check items carrying the check result indication, and to prepare a current report including the selected action and a theme corresponding to a check item carrying the check result indication.

    摘要: A plasma processing method that controls an interior of a vacuum chamber to a specified pressure by introducing gas into the vacuum chamber and evacuating the interior of the vacuum chamber. A high-frequency power having a frequency of 50 MHz to 3 GHz is supplied to a site of an antenna other than its center and periphery with the antenna provided opposite to a substrate in the vacuum chamber, in a state where a general center of the antenna and the vacuum chamber are short-circuited to each other. Meanwhile, the interior of the vacuum chamber is controlled to the specified pressure, and plasma is generated within the vacuum chamber and the substrate placed on a substrate electrode is processed within the vacuum chamber.

    摘要: A cleaning medium for magnetic recording devices comprises a non-magnetic substrate, a lower coating layer, which is overlaid upon the non-magnetic substrate and primarily contains a binder and non-magnetic inorganic particles dispersed in the binder, and a cleaning layer, which is overlaid upon the lower coating layer and contains a binder and inorganic particles dispersed in the binder and at least containing ferromagnetic particles. An at least 50% by weight portion of the non-magnetic inorganic particles, which are contained in the lower coating layer, is constituted of granular inorganic particles, which have a mean particle diameter of at most 0.08 .mu.m, or acicular inorganic particles, which have a mean longer axis length falling within the range of 0.05 .mu.m to 0.3 .mu.m and an acicular ratio falling within the range of 3 to 20. The cleaning medium removes dirt from magnetic heads with high cleaning power, such that the wear of the magnetic heads may be small and no scratch may occur on the cleaned magnetic heads.

It is also possible to predict future necessary multimedia data at each input/output unit, monitor the multimedia data transferred through the network, and pre-fetch the future necessary multimedia data from the monitored multimedia data. It is also possible to combine a plurality of requests for an identical multimedia data issued by different terminals connected with different input/output units within a prescribed period of time into a single unified request, so that the identical multimedia data can be obtained by the single access and transferred to the different input/output units simultaneously.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium prepared by a process which comprises providing a nonmagnetic layer comprising a nonmagnetic powder and a binder on a nonmagnetic support, and then providing one or more magnetic layers containing at least a ferromagnetic powder and a binder on the nonmagnetic layer while the nonmagnetic layer is wet, wherein the thickness of the magnetic layer is from 0.07 to 0.20 .mu.m, the magnetic layer comprises a resin curable by a polyisocyanate as a binder, the nonmagnetic layer is a layer cured by a polyisocyanate, and the ratio N/Fe in the magnetic layer is from 0.010 to 0.090 as determined by an X-ray photoelectric spectrophotometer; and a magnetic recording medium comprising a nonmagnetic support having thereon a lower nonmagnetic layer comprising a nonmagnetic powder and a binder, and further thereon a magnetic layer comprising at least a ferromagnetic metal powder and a binder, wherein the magnetic layer has a thickness of from 0.07 to 0.20 .mu.m, the magnetic layer has a maximum magnetic flux density Bm of from 3,700 to 6,000 G as measured in an external magnetic field of 10 kOe, the magnetic layer has a coercive force Hc of from 2,000 to 3,000 Oe, the magnetic layer has a center line surface roughness Ra of from 1.0 to 3.0 nm, and the nonmagnetic support has a center line surface roughness of from 0.5 to 7.0 nm on the side thereof to which the lower non layer is provided.
