Abstract:
A transmission line substrate includes at least an insulating layer of a predetermined thickness, a pair of conductor layers arranged in a state of being opposed to each other such that the insulating layer is interposed between the conductor layers, the pair of conductor layers functioning as a high-frequency transmission line, and a fault part formed so as to make the conductor layer on one side disconnected, into which a sample to be measured can be introduced.
Abstract:
A measurement method of simply and quickly measuring platelet aggregation, is provided. The measurement method is a platelet aggregation analysis method, including:
a step of adding a platelet-inducing substance and a calcium salt to a platelet-containing specimen; a step of stirring the platelet-containing specimen; and a step of acquiring measurement data of an electrical characteristic and/or viscoelasticity of the platelet-containing specimen.
Abstract:
A blood coagulation system analysis device capable of analyzing a blood coagulation system with high accuracy, and a method and a program for analysis of a blood coagulation system are proposed. The blood coagulation system is observed as a temporal change in permittivity before the viscoelasticity manifestation timing (timing at which blood starts to clot from the viewpoint of viscoelasticity (in greater detail, timing at which active polymerization of fibrin monomers starts)). A permittivity of blood which is positioned between a pair of electrodes is measured at predetermined time intervals after the anticoagulant effect acting on the blood is ended, and from the measurement result, a degree of the action of the blood coagulation system is analyzed.
Abstract:
A blood state analysis device, blood state analysis system, blood state analysis method, and program that enable analysis of the state of blood easily and precisely is provided. The blood state analysis device includes: an extraction unit configured to extract at least one feature from chronological change data of an electrical characteristic of blood in two or more frequency bands; an evaluation unit configured to evaluate a state of the blood on the basis of the at least one feature extracted by the extraction unit; and a classification unit configured to classify the blood on the basis of a result of evaluation conducted by the evaluation unit.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a blood coagulation system examination module, a blood coagulation system examination system, and a blood coagulation system examination method, all of which enable to simply and easily measure thrombin potential with a whole blood sample. The blood coagulation system examination module includes a thrombin potential examination unit configured to examine thrombin potential on the basis of an electrical property of blood as measured at a specific frequency and predetermined time intervals in a predetermined period after reversal of an anticoagulation action working on the blood.
Abstract:
There is provided a blood coagulation system analyzer, including a measurement section and an analysis section. The measurement section measures a time change of impedance of a blood sample, which is obtainable by applying an alternating electric field to the blood sample. The analysis section extracts a parameter indicating the characteristics of the impedance from the measured data of the time change of the impedance. Furthermore, the analysis section analyzes a degree of enhancement of blood coagulation on the basis of a comparison of the extracted parameter with at least one reference value which defines the criteria of the enhancement of blood coagulation.
Abstract:
A blood state analysis device (1) that analyzes a state of a blood sample, as used for clotting time testing, said blood sample comprising a plasma and at least one reagent, including a correction unit (11) configured to correct a measured blood coagulation evaluation result of the blood sample based on a relation between reference concentrations of the at least one reagent in plasma and reference blood coagulation evaluation results, the at least one reagent is an anticoagulation treatment releasing agent, a coagulation activator, an anticoagulant, a platelet activator, an antiplatelet drug, or a combination thereof and is present in the blood sample. For instance, such device (1) allows to correct blood clotting time results with respect to concentrations of an anti-coagulant drug present in the blood sample.
Abstract:
To provide a technology that allows for simple and highly accurate evaluation of the condition of blood.Provided is a blood condition analysis device, for analyzing the condition of a blood sample having added thereto at least one kind of drug selected from the group consisting of anticoagulation treatment canceling agents, coagulation activators, anticoagulants, platelet activators, and antiplatelet agents, the device including a drug dosage control unit for controlling the dosage of the drug to be added to the blood sample on the basis of the hematocrit and/or hemoglobin content of the blood sample.
